Yes, it was even worse with the Minecraft review. They went and watched the first 20 minutes and left. lolI haven't watched RLM in a while - are they seriously not bothering to go see the movie?

Ticket prices are insane and all, but they get to write their tickets off as a business expense. This new meta that started with the Minecraft movie where they "review" films without actually seeing them is just cancer. How hard is it to go and see Shelby Oaks? You can't really complain about people walking on eggshells when you can't even review the thing. These hack frauds need a good boot up the arse.
An executive producer credit is the most nothing credit that it's possible to get on a movie. He's got a Executive Producer credit on it. Hardly "nothing." Granted it's mostly the press celebrating that and I can't find any direct quotes from Barker saying "oh boy I can't wait to put a troon in the new movie!" but he ain't exactly denying it either.

I'm going to be honest here and say in the book Pinhead is ""androgynous"" this is 100% intentional troon behavior on all levels.Wasn't Pinhead gender-swapped and played by a troon in the new one? I know Clive Barker famously hates the name "Pinhead" and is also a faggot himself whose motivation for the originals was partially to push what was then "edgy" kink so it's not a big shocker to see him mangle the series' most popular and well-known character while simultaneously letting a pervert have the spotlight too.
They're interdimensional demons addicted to sadism, sexual deviance, and satanic behaviour, I fail to see what your problem is with having a transvestite play the main sadistic sexual deviant demon in this horror movie.>openly gay
>proudly subversive
>eagerly directs and/or produces films to inject subversive material to shock the audience
>tranny front-and-center in a remake of his most famous film
Yeah, I'm sure he had no input.![]()
This is not how it happened. Or, at least, that's not how Chris recounted it.Chris only got it cause he sucked the asses of everyone he could and begged for it. Really a long time ago I remember him just showing up at these Hollyweed premiers and stuff and just saying he's some big guy and loves everyone. Obviously he made friends with Flanagan doing that.
I seem to remember him schmoozing, but it's possible I'm wrong. Maybe it wasn't Flanagan like I though if he's truthful here, but I think he was doing to at least some. It was a pretty long time ago so I might be mistaken for sure. But who knows if that's true? The host of Movies seemed to think Chris was trying to big time him by coming on the podcast, so maybe Chris isn't aa nice a guy as he pretends to be in the interview.
Since he stopped posting negative reviews, that's exactly why he did it. Sure it worked, but I don't think he proved himself with this movie. All Flanagan did was groom a very expensive yes man, and it's apparent from Chris's videos. He has no voice and nothing to say and his movie reflects that. RLM has their own voice, at least, even if they muddle it in Gen X disinterest.I seem to remember him schmoozing, but it's possible I'm wrong. That was exactly my point. Then retards started arguing "hey man he had nothing to do with the film" despite its return to his original vision for the original film in the first place. Dunno why there's so many bees in the bonnet over my pointing out a fucking tranny in a leading role of a horror movie. Seems apropos to me. Certainly increases the horror factor having a constant "blech" thing acting as a major character. Not defending Barker, but he's not really trying to obfuscate the nature of his material.
Here's what the review should have been:I haven't watched RLM in a while - are they seriously not bothering to go see the movie? What's the point of watching a movie review if they're going to talk about what they saw in the trailer or on Reddit?
If you haven't watched them in a while then you probably missed all the complaining about theater audiences behaving like troglodytes.I haven't watched RLM in a while - are they seriously not bothering to go see the movie?
That's not even all of it.Ticket prices are insane and all, but they get to write their tickets off as a business expense.
They have more than enough time to go early showings with little to no people. They also have more than enough money to rent theaters for private screenings, make it like a Best of the Worst and get a bunch of their friends to do it. There's really no excuse not to watch new movies that you're gonna be covering on your very successful movie review channel. If you haven't watched them in a while then you probably missed all the complaining about theater audiences behaving like troglodytes.
If there's any proof of that, it's this. There's no doubt that they've been wealthy a long time.
You referring to the Akon interview? Where he says that he showed up at 2 in the afternoon on nigger time and when they were in the groove Eminem left at 5 because he had been there since 8 and. The workday was over and then the next day Akon showed up at 8 and Eminem was already there.I really like Eminem's work ethic.
He has like $500 million and he still treats his job as a 9-5, he clocks in, does 8 hours, goes home, every fucking day.
That's why he's still outselling everyone as a middle aged man when his contemporaries are already washed up.
That's how you do it.
