Put me down for 14 BLC having to be torn down, between the fire and water damage, no repointing in decades and the amount of spores floating around the masonary is probably held together more by high hopes than whatever rotting mortar is left in there
It was fixed up after the fire.
'fixed up' is kind of vague, I imagine the heat stress and then being hosed out has done some structural damage, and created channels for rain to sleep in and wear it away further. I doubt they had all the mortar dug out and redone, new facade is more Chandler style

I don't know where this idea that 14BLC is inhabitable coming from, as my learned friend
@Ophelia said it got rebuilt after the fire and has been cleaner than it was beforehand - it will have issues and the flooring will need to be replaced, some plastering work needed and some other work done to it but structurally it's sound and environmentally sealed so it's not in a state of active decay.
It's not pleasant inside and the gardens a mess but both issues are easily solvable and would be reflected in the sales price. It's problem comes with the associated infamy that is somthing that can be solved rather easily in the US atleast on a official basis.
Even dangerous tards aren't that uncommon, but they're predictable. Maybe they have to be jabbed with retard juice to calm them down from time to time or put in isolation. Thing is Chris could rape an old woman or anyone else vulnerable. That's going to keep him out of anywhere that has a vulnerable population. His problem isn't that he's the most dangerous tard ever, because he isn't. It's because he's unpredictable and specifically a sex predator.
Exactly, Chris's main issue now is that he's listed as a Sexual Offender in some way so that the places that would have just taken him as a slightly more difficult than normal tard wont take him now. It doesn't matter if he's only interested in women the problem is they have a duty of care for the other residents and having a difficult tard who's known to prey on the vulnerable is a level of risk they don't want to take.
Ironically the type of place that Chris will end up now means Chris is likely to become a victim of sexual assault by another resident, especially if he keeps up his trans stchic as much as he can - that will put him at risk in more ways than most will understand possible, hell his trans identity compounds the kind of palces that will take him espcially if they take Violent, Sexually Violent or just sex offender patients.
Honestly, given how much of a fucking ego Chris has had about himself being special and shit because of his Autism, degrading into a full blown messiah complex where he thinks that the cartoon apocalypse actually started over a year ago (the last day he was a free man before the cops arrested him), and writing letters to his 'disciples' like he's actually Jesus II, I can not think of a more poetically appropriate end for Chris than for him to fade into obscurity and ultimately be forgotten by what little part of the world ever remembers he existed. A fine modern example of hubris if there ever was one.
Chris will be known as long as there is a internet, even if the main details go out of public consciousness he's got the misfortune of being the right tard at teh right time to gain serious and ongoing notoriety online, people still talk about Emperor Norton after 100+ years and he was a city wide lolcow not a online cow people are general aware of.
My guess is 100+ years from now chris will be bright up in listicals or clickbait sites for a long time to come after his death, and be a notiable historical foonote and subject of social research for a very long time after his death.
I think a big part of why most lolcows are first world is simply the abundance of technology here, meaning they're easier to find, and will self-document their weirdness on social media. Also, access to communities of lolcows who help encourage bad habits such as weird fetishes, lack of socialization, etc.
Lolcows are a luxury (or curse) of a society with excess, we have enough time to be aware of them and we also don't need everybody working in some way that allows them to develop and not have the stupid or at least open unchecked stupidity slapped out of them before they become too much of a problem and are put to work even if it's a really basic job and not given the chance to take childish interests into adulthood without it being moderated socially or financially by social welfare programs.
Oddly in a Dark way you could consider Chris and other cows as a bellwether of if a society has or is prosperous because you have to have the right social and economic factors to exist for them to be a possibility.
