It takes a village to raise a child.
Chris is entirely a result of his environment and his negligent parents.
There's a reason why lolcows are overwhelmingly US if not at least 1st world.
I think a big part of why most lolcows are first world is simply the abundance of technology here, meaning they're easier to find, and will self-document their weirdness on social media. Also, access to communities of lolcows who help encourage bad habits such as weird fetishes, lack of socialization, etc.

This, of course, coming from neglectful parents.

I agree, and to add to that, a lack of internet/media in general also means they're not given a direction for their autism to go.
Chris was able to channel his retardation through a filter of Sonic, Pokemon, MLP, etc.
Poor Mutakimbe or Rajesh in rural areas can only be incredibly awkward and withdrawn. It's difficult to know you kin big-titted wolves when 95% of your day is farm work of some kind.

According to the community happenings feed, it's been alleged by Kengle that Chris is currently out on probation.
Vinelink says he's still in custody. So either they're out of date or the hamburger boiling idiot is wrong again.

Yep, I saw the same thing.

Kengle might be the one person in the world who is legit more autistic than Chris.

The judge is in no hurry to release him without the proper arrangements being made for him once he’s out. Chris’s recidivism odds are way too high for any reasonable judge to throw him back out on the streets. He needs some sort of community living situation where he can be regularly monitored, or he’s just not gonna report to his PO and be back in jail within a month.

Probation is something a guilty party may be sentenced with after they have been convicted. Chris has not yet been convicted, so it is impossible for him to receive a sentence involving probation yet.

If Chris is released from jail before he is convicted, it will either be because the prosecution has dropped the case, or the judge has set conditions for him to be released on bail (such as a bond) and Chris has met them - but he may still be subject to a prison sentence after he is convicted.

Now what might have happened is that Chris and his lawyer has struck a deal with the prosecutor to take a plea deal for a probation sentence, but depending on the jurisdiction, the judge may or may not be bound to give him the sentence that the prosecutor recommends in such a case. Either way, he won't be out on probation until the judge accepts his plea and convicts him, then gives him the probation sentence. I think this happens in two separate hearings pretty much everywhere, so we'd hear about the conviction first.

Kengle has already claimed before that Chris was out back in August, he's clearly as much in the dark as us and an idiot.

How much you wanna bet Chris ends up like Drachenlord living out of his car? Fuck his cows might get him a better campervan he can comfortably stay in, it'd be a nice way for him to travel around the country and stay the fuck away from Barb

More likely he just tries to get back to "the Temple" and gets rearrested.

You can probably count the amount of times Kengle has been right about something on one hand but you never know, broken clocks and what not.

I think Chris getting out is the funniest possible option and I don't care.

Chris being let out would be pretty funny but I don't think we'd hear much from him until he got rearrested, there'd have to be some sort of terms of his probation restricting his internet access, unless that's just wishful thinking.

Somehow I doubt they would go that far. The courts haven't been too harsh on him in the past.
