No, no we can't. We live discuss the action and you can always skip them after the fact. Lurk more.

Of course Sainz now has a problem, luck is really going Merc's way.
"GET FUCKED BLOOWIS" Yeah super scintillating discussion there. Isn't there a twitter thread you can take this to?

At least explain what you're discussing. "Lewis fans will be insufferable" isn't really helpful.

Looking good for a Russell win, hopefully perez can prevent the 1-2.

Odd that Verstappen and Leclerc couldn't go further into the race before another stop, though I suppose those safety car laps put everyone at about the same effective tyre age.

A 1 stop would be interesting. I doubt he can make it work at a speed that will be competative. In fact thinking further unless there is a safety car no way will he do a 1 stop, its Crofty's odd ideas again.

Ok yeah at that pace no way is he doing a 1 stop.

The DRS definitely needs shortening here. The first few corners have always been great zones for battles but now it's almost always over before they even get there.

Yup, no way to defend against DRS on the straight.

Looks like Merc's finally solved their issues with their car. Now if Ferrari can stop being such a disaster zone, we might have a 3 way fight next year.

Ferrari pace has just died in the closing stages of the season. I think (hope) it's because they stopped developing this car and started making an amazing next season car.

Merc and Ferrari fighting over p2 in the WCC but I don't see the point to either of them wanting to win it. Yeah they win more money but neither is short of a few quid and with the cost cap it won't help them. The reduction in development time for finishing 2nd over 3rd will hurt though.

The Merc has been on the next level at Brazil for years, even more so than their usual 2014-2021 rocket ship so not massively surprising.

That Ferrari sounds like it's supercharged rather than turbocharged with that whine.

Oh SC about to hand it to hambone. Oh good VSC.

Bad day for McLaren, good strategy call by Ferrari for a change?!

Ah and now full SC. Please don't hand it to hambone.

If we're lucky, maybe they'll take each other out on the restart

That plus sainz on much newer soft tyres.

Don't let lapped cars through out of the way for the laugh.

What is with these SCs taking so long today? The earlier one seemed to go on for ridiculously long too.

Alpine trying team orders, that ain't going to happen is it.

Well a winless season for hambone but not his team mate is even better I suppose because then they can't just blame the car.

Leclerc begging the team orders.

Gastly gets 5 seconds for speeding in the pit lane. Is he trying to get the race bam so he can get out of the next race with AT?

Bad Max you should have let Checo back through...

Faultless driving by George.

and Red Bull has signed a Fitipaldi who this year is 6th in F2 and scored 126 of Charouz's 130 points. Looks like Charouz hire not just pay drivers and Red Bull (quite rightly) doesn't have much faith in the current crop.

Ferrari's issues began with the summer break. I read in motorsport magazins that Ferrari had an ingenious floor solution that while making the car bounce also gave the car the bite to take corners. The FIA
's demanded changes after summer to keep bouncing to a minimum apparently hurt Ferrari the most as now they suddenly developed tyre wear where they had none before.

Funny thing about Mercedes is that Shovlin their lead engineer said a few weeks ago that they will develop a new concept for 2023. Imagine that: you have a concept that now seems to work and then you begin basically from scratch. Though that might also be because of the changes the FIA brings for 2023.

Anyway glad that Russell won this he might be the one to push Hamilton into retirement. And who would have guessed that after the 1.st SC Leclerc would get on par with Perez. At least Ferrari's stops this time were really good unlike Merc who seem to work under "safe but slow"
