The only thing I'm lookin forward to other than the Synthetic Man stream is the bugs. MEA had some truly epic ones and the hysterical glitch compilations on YouTube were the only funny or entertaining part of that game.

If the damage control is true, you’re going to see a reasonably serious tone mixed with marvel quips and Whedon dialogue. “Uh there are demons pouring into Minthrathous, everyone is screaming and dying”First they changed the title of the game which was atleast for me a very interesting name. Then we have the suicide squad type trailer with all the colors and quips in a setting that is currently bleak, dark and its heading to shit. Its just a clash of tones for me. If they had made a better trailer with appropriate colors and script, it would have been a banger, instead we got DEI'd. I gave DA:I shit even though i enjoyed the game(Fuck you Vivienne, you actually made me care for a nigger) and for all its flaws i feel it still will be a better game than Gayguard
On twitter they are going out of their way to do damage control. Saying the game is in between DA2 and Inquisition in terms of tone, but the dialogue is apparently all marvel quips. (Which is even worse, tbh).
I think it's damage control and not enough to take anything away from.Curious what you folks think. Personally I found it a lot better than the teaser, but not, you know, jaw-dropping. "Better than neon dogshit" is a fairly low bar.
I'm curious to see what the actual gameplay is going to look like. Bioware likes to look at something popular, panic and throw out all of their work into a big dumpster then scramble to get on the next big trend. So that being said if they try to make a knockoff BG3 with half way decent combat and exploration than it might be worth a look. That is a very very big 'IF' though and I'm pretty particular about my RPG combat, still if it manages to ding off a couple points that I like I might buy it on sale. I liked Solasta ffs.Curious what you folks think. Personally I found it a lot better than the teaser, but not, you know, jaw-dropping. "Better than neon dogshit" is a fairly low bar.
The game looks like a lyra asset swap from the trailer, I imagine its going to play like a generic unreal shooter a team of 5 made in 6 months, there is 0 chance the game will be good, and after anthem, I truly hope it sinks bioware, and they get liquidated.I'm curious to see what the actual gameplay is going to look like. Those NPCs look really fucking annoying though and if I can't bully the fuck out of them than I just don't know if I could stomach it.
I'm not holding my breath in the slightest but I hope it's good despite everything.
I wonder what prompt they gave to DALL-E to make that. It looks like AI art. Here's a better looking image of the characters that Bioware released at some point today. Still kind of weird looking but not as bad as the trailer made them look.

judging by how their Twitter is now doing damage control by sharing gloomier/darker screenshots of the game makes me think marketing is going to reevaluate their approach for the next trailer.
Must everything be purple? Here's a better looking image of the characters that Bioware released at some point today. Still kind of weird looking but not as bad as the trailer made them look.

So the human characters are sharp sculpted Fortnite style, the elves and qunari are realistic humans but with pointy ears/ horns, and scout Harding is completely unrecognizable other than being a dwarf with red hair. I mean the graphics look good, you can see where the money and time went, but without the context I wouldn't have guessed this image had anything to do with Dragon Age.Here's a better looking image of the characters that Bioware released at some point today. Bisexual lighting and neon colors are the calling card of the woke. It's fronting. Also Fortnite. Why do all these shitty DEI slop games have a massive obsession with purple neon lighting?
EA has kept them around because they are probably a major reason they get DEI funding. All their faggots and browns work at one of the many many Bioware shell companies.I have no fucking clue how Bioware is even still around. EA has shitcanned other devs for way, waaay less.
People have been thinking that the next game was gonna kill Bioware since Andromeda but it clearly isn't happening. I'm sure the money they generate from the Fink tank alone is enough to justify keeping them around, even if it's in name only.Has a reliable source said that DA4 is make-or-break for the studio?
Wow! My happy gaggle of southern Californians look so cool and epic! Can't wait to get sage advice from gay grandpa with AIDS in the middle, or to be lectured on the gender spectrum by the frumpy chink elf to his right. Now THIS screams a cast of likable and dangerous heroes! Here's a better looking image of the characters that Bioware released at some point today. Still kind of weird looking but not as bad as the trailer made them look.

This is something that's been very common in western games as of recent I think. In video games in general purple is used instead green, especially when inferring that something is corruptedBisexual lighting and neon colors are the calling card of the woke. It's fronting. Also Fortnite.
Qunari looks bored and is probably the enby because you know Patrick Weekes made one of these characters one.
Being swole is Nazi-coded, chud. Also, why are the melee-oriented warriors so devoid of muscle bulk?
Maybe it's the cartoony style but the guy with the staff reminds me of not-Rick Sanchez from The Outer Worlds. Here's a better looking image of the characters that Bioware released at some point today. Still kind of weird looking but not as bad as the trailer made them look.
