I think daniel is pretty head strong about his innocence and he wont take a plea deal and fucks himself even further by dragging this though a full trial.

What I remember about daniel is that enough browbeating will eventually get him to back down. Lord knows if his Public Defenders have the patience to do that though.

He dropped the public defender because the public defender wanted him not to stand trial and daniel wanted to stand trial, and bob got him a pay lawyer who is gonna bill as many hours as possible.

Prisons are full of people just as retarded as him because the criteria for incompetence is very specific. The BOP does have "Secure PTUs" (Secure Psychology Treatment Units) for, intensive, often involuntary, mental health treatment. It’s in everyone’s interest that he goes to one of those.

The lawyer that felxburger claimed was new is not actually new at all and has been an attorney of daniels since April of 2025, seems daniels income must have been found and hes not eligible for a public defender which all but confirms that bob in charge of money that daniels grandma left him when she died.

This is why you dont get your news from flexburger who had daniel shove a toothbrush up his ass and made daniel show his massive retard dick to bunch of kids on tik tok live.

And the new lead attorney never filed a motion to withdraw, he just stopped appearing in court after a few appearance.

Only the feds and the public defender filed motions to withdraw not Jeffrey

So the proper daniel larson news would be

Daniels lawyer moved to lead attorney after its ruled hes not eligible for a public defender anymore.

Blame deinstitutionalization. There’s barely enough hospital beds to keep the worst shit smearing maniacs commited. Jails and prisons are crawling with people just as retarded as Larson.
 
Going to trial is a bad choice for him.

The feds have a crazy conviction rate of 90%+ percent not because they are good but because an AUSA (Federal attorney) took his case. The agent literally called their office, pitched the duty AUSA his case, and the guy decided whether or not they want the case. They look at number of years, type of case, and more inportantly if its a slam dunk.

There is a reason why that most cases just get a plea deal — evidence is overwhelming. They take plea deal, do a percentage of pound you in the ass prison, then piss off back to the world.

You go to trial and the AUSA is no longer looking for minimums and a win. They are going to try and fuck him over. Its no longer ‘he made a terroist threat’, it instead becomes hes a danger to society and need to get the maximum and gets a judges eye on his case.

Hes going to lose, probably not get fucked to badly, but it will be worse than if just listened to his lawyer.

Didn’t the agent practically beg him to knock it off and he only doubled down and threatened the agent personally? He’s about as guilty as guilty gets.

He’s not getting out. Fed conviction rate is something like 95% and his fed posting is about as well documented as it gets. Hopefully they transfer him to one of the BoP’s psych units and keep his approved contact list on the tablet on lockdown so he doesn’t regress.
