Yeah that makes me mad too. So innocent store and restaurant owners should have to live in fear of being robbed or attacked because as long as Daniel is nuts he has the right to do whatever he wants and harm whoever he wants? This is why I believe government and laws shouldn't exist, because their only purpose is to protect the guilty and harm the innocent. All laws and all governments are 100% pure evil.

There isn't a magic number. It's solely whether you understand that you're on trial for something, have a basic understanding of what it is, and can communicate with your lawyer and realize you're in court and not on Mars or something.

You can be literally retarded and be competent to stand trial.

Didn't Drachenlord have an IQ a little lower than 85? For some reason it amuses me greatly that he's significantly more intelligent than Larson, even if it isn't saying much.

If you read the whole order, the government argued that daniel was fit to stand trial because he was above the threshold of being retarded along with the government's argument that since daniel was heavily medicated he can sit and listen to his lawyer when before he would just babble about grace vanderwall and his other delusions.

Daniel also took the governments side and wanted to stand trial while his public defender tied his best for 5 hours to get him to plea incompetent because he was unable to have any meaningful conversations with daniel about his defense.

That's not really even true. 70 to around 79 or even 85 is considered borderline. That means whether or not you're retarded is defined by your actual functional level. People who score as low as 70 can be considered not retarded if they're actually capable of doing shit.

I think his 72 IQ plus his actual non-functionality makes him actually retarded.

But you can be retarded and still competent to stand trial. I'm not sure if everyone understands exactly how low the standard to be considered competent to stand trial is. Plenty of literal retards are convicted of crimes.

If he's competent to stand trial, and I said he would be found to be that after a few months, and he was, then he's competent to reject legal advice.
 
He has to understand the charges and penalties which his lawyer argued he didn't because he was low iq and diagnosed with autism and skitso disorder

He obviously doesn't because he was told by daniel mcdougall the secert service agent about 100 times to stop making threats online, and daniel kept doing it for his "safety"

On one hand there’s no way he’s competent to stand trial, any understanding he ever comes to is extremely temporary, in one ear and out of the other. There’s also no way someone like him should be allowed to terrorize the public. But you just know if he were black I doubt they’d bother pursuing charges.

Considering what the OP has on him it seems he will do a great service to all transgender people to show how mentally stable they are right? Maybe he will sing his defense because someone told him that would increase his chances
