I agree that laws should be abolished and I see no contradiction between that position and right-wing ideology. I would even argue that in spite of being a primarily anarchist position, abolition of laws is still a fundamentally right wing position. But most right wing people are brainwashed into believing that anything that can be described as anarchist is inherently incompatible with right wing governance and good luck convincing them otherwise

I don't believe there's anything inherently "primitive" or inherently wrong with "vigilante justice" which is really just decentralized, disorganized community justice. Communities should absolutely be able to govern themselves and enforce the law against one another as they so choose without tyrannical laws constraining them and telling them they must go against their natural instinct to kill pedophiles/murderers/rapists etc.

But the problem is the tyrannical US government only allows its subjects to define a community as a state, city, neighborhood etc when that is not and never has been the true definition and meaning of "community." But because America is an empire it will never voluntarily loosen its grip on its subjects in any way so replacing laws with community justice will most likely never happen in our lifetimes

They set a crazy high bar so people can't try and game the system or abuse the person they are targetting.

I used to follow KingCobraJFS (Peace Be Upon Him) and a constant loop was why the fuck he wasn't in a group home. It basically boiled down to its super difficult to prove someone is incompetent.

Can you feed yourself, reasonably take care of yourself or at least know your habits are bad, and is the person saying they are competent?

Lot of retards in the world who made dumb decisions, don't take care of themselves, and think they know better than everyone else. Doesn't mean the government can just say you are super retarded and shit, so you need to get locked up forever. I think Larson is but the bar is high not for the tards' but for the sake of the rest of us.

That’s not how that works. The reality is actually worse than going to prison. You just end up in permanent limbo in a mental hospital because your case cannot proceed until you are deemed competent. So you can languish in the funny farm for a decade and be finally deemed competent and only THEN will your case proceed. I know of a guy who was found mentally incompetent on a state jail felony case. He was on the waiting list for the state hospital for over 2 years. The maximum sentence on a SJF is two years and it took longer than that for him to even make it inside the building. To my knowledge, he is STILL in the state hospital today and this was several years ago.

I got interested and looked it up, the IQ cutoff for retardation is 70, which was lowered from 85 because it unfairly stigmatized blacks and hispanics. So while he is a nigger to us, the government doesn't want to treat him like one.

That's probably it. There's a really good chance we won't hear from him again for a long time and they will hold him up in a mental hospital for a good 3-5 years until he's deemed "better" then they'll just send him into a halfway house. If he tries to start up his bullshit again, they'll just snatch him back up for good and put him in a group home.
 
The plea hearing takes place on April 9th which has like many others have said is a 90 to 98 precent chance he takes a plea deal.

A federal trial is super rare because there conviction rate is so high and if your dumb enough(which daniel is) to take it to trial your sentence is alot harsher than if you plea out.

I honestly cant imagine the almost 2 years hes spent in prison that the plea deal would be much more time or time served and strict release conditions.

Since his new lead attorney has been on the case for over a year he doesn't have to get up to speed so there wont be too many delays unless daniel throws up some road blocks.

Best case is daniel is out of custody in the middle of April

Worst case for daniel is he takes it to trial and they hammer him with a few more years when hes convicted for wasting more of the courts time and money.

He has an IQ of 72. Literally room temperature. He has a long history of deep delusions and hallucinations. Per his court docs, antipsychotics has helped but like… look at the guy. The dude has no ability to understand what his actions even mean. Just put the guy in an assisted living facility and make sure he takes his risperidone.

Can confirm. I worked in psych hospitals during undergrad doing clinical research. Depending on the severity of the unit, it’s basically jail with better furniture. I’d say you have significantly less bodily autonomy than jail depending on the unit. It runs the spectrum, though. Something like a transitional services unit can be pretty open. Other, more acute/severe units, however, different story. I have no idea where Danderson would end up, depends on how he’s responding to his meds and how compliant/successful he is with his treatment.
