Disaster Bill Nye: 'I Am A Failure' - High Priest of Climatism admits his sermons suck

Speaking with Salon's Jeremy Binckes, Bill Nye, the Not A Scientist Guy admitted he's a failure when it comes to his Global Warming evangelization.

Citing the Trump Administration's Scott Pruitt at the head of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the "well-funded" fossil fuel industry, Nye confessed he's losing the fight.

“The United States has now got the head of the EPA who wants to close the EPA,” he said in disbelief.

The fossil fuel industry has "worked so hard to introduce doubt," continued Nye, using noticeably religious language.

"We’ve done virtually nothing [climate change] all this time," he lamented.

The former kids' show host exclaimed: "I am a failure!"

Sure, Nye is a failure in the sense that he was unsuccessful in converting the masses to believe in the one true Global Warming God, but, on the upside, he's also made some spectacularly awful media in the meantime.

For example, on his widely panned Netflix show, Nye, with the help of actress Rachel Bloom, explained to the world how sexuality is "on a spectrum," boasting some super impressive, highbrow lyrics:

My vagina has its own voice

Not vocal cords, a metaphorical voice

Sometimes I do a voice for my vagina

Please don't tell me I'm the only one who does that

'Cause my sex junk is so oh, oh, oh

And because Hollywood is also awful, the My Sex Junk dance number earned an Emmy nod.

The not-so-sciencey-science-guy went on to urge everybody to vote for devout politicians who follow Climate Change doctrine.

“What I tell everybody is vote,” he said. “We don’t want everybody to be a scientist; that would be unwieldy.”

I just realized that Nye is paraphrasing a famous quote from Billy Graham, where he glumly admits that after spending his every waking moment in ministry, Christ has less influence in America than before he started.

There's so much irony in that realization that it hurts my brain.

While I have my excuses - no children to worry about inheriting a dead future, somewhat nihilistic, lazy, general assholishness - the biggest one,though, is, "Fuck you." Most companies actually are creating more environmentally friendly products and appliances because of people reminding them about the carbon issue.
 
The fossil fuel industry acknowledges something you don't Bill. All the regulations in the world don't matter to China, India and other shitholes. So it kinda doesnt matter.

A lot of liberals keep forgetting that you have to work through the people of the world but it's kinda hard when you have the guys who don't give a fuck whatsoever.

The problem is how it ends, the other ice creams clearly make the vanilla uncomfortable and come on to it until it gives in, which a lot of people would consider sexual assault or rape. That guy deserved a beer. I usually give the answer : "I'm not a hippie faggot" and than gladly mix the trash. We are humans. We need to make the environment our bitch. We are giving 3rd world children jobs by giving them the trash to sort through.

Also, China does go a bit overboard. We do not have personal oxygen recyclers yet and their streets are becoming uninhabitable. Now Israel is cool and can make fresh water out of seawater, but China has a long way to go before becoming Kosher. So I guess why they want to tone it down a little. Teaching the enviroment a lesson is one thing, but being unable to breath is taking it too far. It is manly and chad, though.

I suppose that's what made the show work, he showed you why you were wrong after all. Off course that girl was given three theories to choose and went with what she thought it would do and sees the end result. It's really a nice exploration for both the kids on screen and those watching at home. Don's craft is certainly a lost art, and one he helmed for years prior to the Nick series as it used to be shown to Baby Boomer tots during the 50's and 60's.

Holy shit, that is the children's show we should have been keeping. Science and logic are the basics of the modern western society, the true core values that made it great and made it work. Now we got lesbo alien space crystals and talking toy horses. How far the mighty have fallen.
