CHELSEA, Manhattan — Multiple people were injured during an outdoor explosion in Chelsea Saturday night.

The explosion happened at 135 23rd St. between Sixth and Seventh avenues.

It was not immediately clear how many people were injured or the severity of their injuries. Preliminary reports indicate at least 14 minor injuries.

The FDNY is on the scene with the NYPD Counterterrorism Unit.

The explosion comes after a pipe bomb exploded in Seaside Park, New Jersey near the Semper Five 5K Charity Run Route. The device was placed in a garbage can.

29 injured, no fatalities.

A secondary, unexploded device was found and secured nearby. NYPD is analyzing this device which has been described as a pressure cooker attached with wires to a cell phone.

Update: It was Islam, of course.

It's not a pipe bomb, ok, it's a pressure cooker with wires attached. People throw those out and they explode all the time.
 
9/11 and other terrible terrorist things happened in the US and this is obviously a sign of more terrible things to come, but being in Europe, it still feels odd that it is happening now more often in North America (US). North America always felt like the last frontier against terrorist activity. I can't help but think that Russia might be a great place to secretly vacation move to.
 
That was posted as a confirmation about 20 minutes ago but yeah I'm seeing other reports they were released and others saying it never happened

The fact that they released no information about the suspects means it's either smuggie liberal extremists (whites and/or shitskins) who think they are fighting against Hitler or Muslimes.
 
I hope to God whoever did this is connected to Black Lives Matters. The shit storm would be priceless.
