Boy, I can't wait for old age to set in and all those tattoos start to distort from his malnourished body failing to support the skin.
 
His face looking now like something only an emo would be proud of is bad enough, to be serious for a moment.

It's like he wants to become a hobo once that precious YT tugboat runs out, if those other 4 tats mean anything, other than "Don't employ me", or "I'm instant jailbait".
 
Damn it. I was totally wrong. I was pretty sure he wasn't going to get a face tattoo. Oh well, once again I've underestimated how dumb some of the cows here actually are.

Anyway, this tattoo may actually be the least offensive looking of any that ADF has. Unfortunately it's stupid looking and he put it on his face. At this point I'm calling some sort of bike tattoo in 2018. Possibly some sort of tranny bike thing with google spanish under it because why stray from the classics.

He's what, in his mid thirties?

By old age, I'm talking fourties. He's covered himself with so much color that it's going to start deteriorating before long because he doesn't take care of his body.

I'm more of the mindset of slapping a padlock into it and locking him to your old style steam radiator. Bounce and squeak then, tater tot.

It's a captive bead ring, and from what he said, it took two technicians working together to get the bead in place. There's no way he's taking it out solo.

That's a "4 gunmen surround a cop" tattoo. It's popular among criminals, gangs and narcos in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, etc. As the name suggests, it represent their favorite strategy when dealing with cops. It differs from the Russian tattoo in the position of the dots relative to the hand; you want to show it clearly when doing the gang "armed" or "re piola" sign which look like this:

So it's a low lifer's tattoo. No surprises here.

As horrifying as Farrah F'n Flawless is, at least his tattoos had some sort of theme. Phil's face tats are gonna look like he took a rough tumble
in the dirt. Or he was fighting in the hobo pits.
 
Phil is so remarkably hopeless that nobody bothered to note this hurts his job prospects because no one thought he could have landed another job anyways.

And even with that stupid tattoo and hideous piercing to draw in all attention, Filthy Phil's buck teeth are still as prevalent as ever.
