Phil finally got a face tattoo. Hell be the new farrah flawless soon. Hope my links work I've never uploaded an image here.

I would have become a tattoo artist if someone had told me that I could make a living by drawing funny pictures on retards' faces.

Also, the fuck is his facial tattoo? Just scratch lines with a drop of blood?
 
I'd almost say it was the beginning of musical notation but I think that's giving Phil far too much credit.
 
At first I thought it was the Antifa symbol, but that symbol is arrows and they're slanted to one direction. I also thought maybe it was musical notation but it's missing two lines (and, you know, notes).

I genuinely have no idea what this is supposed to be or represent. Did Phil post any accompanying description of it on Facebook or anything?

No, this was just on the gram, theres was no information other than the guys insta handle that gave him this philnomenal work of art
 
I don't think it's a tattoo. I'm pretty sure he got mauled by a racoon while fighting over a half eaten burger from a dumpster and he's just claiming it's a tattoo to look cool.

It could be a whole note, hence the lack of a stem.
 
Is the dot part of the tattoo, or is it a mole, or some blood from that scratcher job?
 
Nothing says well balanced individual like a face tattoo.
