I’ll agree and add to it what he always does and deflects with a quick subject change or a Question of the Day to try and give off the narrative that he’s totally NOT seething.

I’d like to say that I was totally wrong about this whole incident. One of my earliest comments on Kiwifarms was that this whole thing was a collab to promote StoryFire, boy was I fucking wrong.
 
Yeah, since he already has a cash bond set if he goes to the police station voluntarily with the money on him he can conceivably be in and out in like half an hour if he went during the middle of the day on a weekday when they'll have a full admin staff and not much happening in the booking room.

If he gets pulled over in Branson they will definitely arrest him on the warrant, and sometimes it can be a pain to post bond on an out of state warrant without getting shipped there via prisoner transport.

All the Boogster had to do was accept treatment for his Chronic Male Pattern Bimbification Disorder. Now, since he refused the help Hassle so magnanimously offered him, he’s headed to jail. Many such cases. Sad!

The last page has a crime eligibility list and I'm not sure if the statute he was charged under allows him to go to CCC or not. There is a list of crimes that are eligible for CCC, and it states "All other Class C or Class D felonies that are not violent or sexual" are eligible. Aggravated assault is a Class D felony there, but it's certainly violent, so I don't think he can go. My bet is that this blows over or he gets something minor.

Edit: AnOminous found the rules for these cases and there is language for people in Boogie's situation to be covered.

If anything Fatfag should cop a charge for reckless discharge of a firearm and discharging a firearm within city limits. I'm pretty sure some autists figured out the angle of the shot and it pathed right over an elementary school.

I just feel sorry for that repairman that had to hold the dog. He was just doing his job man, now he's probably going to have to testify in court.

I find it hard to imagine Boogie assaulting someone when he can barely walk without getting winded. If (big if) there is any truth to this, maybe it is related to the Frank Hassle incident. If we do get a warrant arc, maybe Boogie can make a travel video featuring him waddling down to the local police department.

Enjoy jail time for it too lol, you have the burden of proof showing imminent danger to life or harm to pull the trigger.

Verbal threats do not equal imminent danger.
 
I wish Sam and tolki was still around. I would have loved to see him try to spin this as like some deep cover way to discredit the subreddit or something.

The idea of him trying to do like mtg unboxings in a jail cell while his roommate films him through the bars is an impossible but hilarious thing I wish would happen.
