TBH I don't watch the guy's videos or follow his Twitter ( on occasion) I enjoy coming here and just sharing my input with you guys. That is the entertainment Boogie provides indirectly. He's not worth my time otherwise.

He went on his usual manipulative tirade, but specifically mentioned that he had recently still been in contact with his lawyer on the case, also talked about how expensive the entire ordeal has gotten for him. The way he talked made it sound as if the case was still open-ended, that either the decision to bring charges or a dismissal had yet to be finalized, and that a conclusion to the illegal warning shot / Frank Hassle encounter had not yet been reached.
