He repeatedly publicly admitted he knew the guy wasn't a threat. When Frank showed up, he didn't even respond immediately, moseying around for a few minutes first. And then, again obviously not being afraid of Frank in the least, instead of just shooting, he stood there talking shit for another minute or so, then fired his gun in the direction of a church and a school, deliberately missing.

Absolutely nothing indicated he was in the least afraid of Frank, and absolutely everything he did said he wasn't in the least. You need to have an immediate fear of a violent felony or that deadly force is about to be used on you to use deadly force. Nothing Boogie did indicated any fear whatsoever. He was pissed off and annoyed. That's not self-defense.

He's not going to prison. You can look at the grid yourself. Aggravated assault is a class D felony and a level 3 offense, and I don't think Boogie has even 2 points of criminal history.

CCC is basically a county lockup. AS is probably some kind of probation with anger management, or a suspended sentence, or in any case not incarceration. He probably gets that, and that's even if he's convicted of full aggravated assault. More likely they plead it down to something even weaker.
 
Since this will probably end up a nothing burger as Boogie is a first time offender who will almost certainly get probation, let me post a meme video.

This could be the best chance of Boogie's life if he did get prison (he won't.) All gas, no brakes baby. Got to pass those long boring prison hours somehow.

Boogie will spend a few hours in jail max. I know the meme is that he's broke, but he definitely has 5k to bail himself out.

The interesting part will be how he spins his time in jail. Usually when something like this happens to him, it's the most dramatic thing ever.
 
I just wish he'd spend an extended period in custody so we could see how many of these dicksucking social media accounts orbiting him mysteriously go silent. But hes gonna get out on bail and do community service or something for sure
 
On one hand, I agree with everybody else saying picking up litter would be a better punishment because it's physical activity.

But on the other hand, being forced to eat very limited quantities of jail food would also torture the fat fuck.

Offenders housed in these facilities are referred to as residents. At CCC, residents experience living in a pro-social, structured environment where treatment addresses the person as a whole, not just the substance use disorder."

It sounds like court ordered rehab/psych hospital to me. Boogie's social worker is going to have her work cut out for her.

He called it with his prediction of Boogie being charged with "aggravated assault", particularly with his two points of a) Boogie discharging a gun as a "warning shot" in a residential area with a school nearby and b) Boogie could not reasonably believe Frank was going to commit a felony with force or violence; trespassing and harassment are not felonies. Also how castle doctrine won't be of much help for Boogie, particularly as Boogie could be the original aggressor for opening his front door with a gun.

The punishment for raping someone has gone way up since the 90s, and there's literally no reason to stab somebody who's so fat they're already disabled, hurting disabled people will get you a black mark on your record and everyone around you will distrust you for the rest of your stay unless it was justified.

Likely wouldn't even go to prison if this bullshit charge stuck, if it did he would probably sit in jail for 6-8 months max.
