The way he talked made it sound as if the case was still open-ended, that either the decision to bring charges or a dismissal had yet to be finalized, and that a conclusion to the illegal warning shot / Frank Hassle encounter had not yet been reached.

I find it hard to imagine Boogie assaulting someone when he can barely walk without getting winded. If (big if) there is any truth to this, maybe it is related to the Frank Hassle incident. If we do get a warrant arc, maybe Boogie can make a travel video featuring him waddling down to the local police department.

it looks like it. I've stated if he was going to be charged with anything it would be aggravated assault.

if there is a bond set, he will never see jail i don't think. I'm not American, but from what I know, you pay 10% of the bond to get out. I'm sure he will still have to be processed with a picture and fingerprints.

It wasn't his gun, he didn't have to open the door, he has a medicinal card apparently barring people from owning a weapon, and most importantly, fired a live projectile over his neighbours houses towards a church.

boogie will be over the moon it say 5ft 10 but seething that his weight is 450 in it , I’m guessing if he’s arrested we finally may get a legit weight and height on his arrest ?

what would someone get for an AA charge in the states?
 
It’s possible that the warrant bases the height off his drivers license/id. It’s pretty easy to lie on those things, when I got my license they asked me my height and I just told them, they never attempted to verify it. Same case could go for Boogie.

The only sure fire way we could determine if the photo is indeed real is for someone to make an account on the app, I’d do it myself but it appears it won’t let me make one from Canada.
