Revice Episode 4:
Actually a nice little character development episode. Ikki's not-girlfriend Ayaka sells her soul to her inner devil and powers up because her mom ignored her in favor of her little sister, even when Ayaka had been kidnapped. Daiji gets mad at Ikki for acting like a part-time Kamen Rider and being more worried about the bathhouse than saving civilians. Ikki responds that Daiji is just mad that he can't even HENSHIN. Ikki's mom tells him to not be an impulsive asshole and think about what could happen to other people if he goes does his own thing. Daiji listens in and forgives Ikki.
Revice Ptera Form:
A cheap CGI chase through the city ensues. Ikki then cures Ayaka of her demon possession by Rider Kicking her square in the fucking chest.
Daiji gives Ikki the complete Revice Rider System. Vice notices that Ikki has vanished from a picture with Daiji and laughs.
Ikki is starting to grow on me. Vice, not so much. It seems like they are pulling inspiration from various early Heisei series (Kuuga, 555, and Blade is particular) without the dangerous stakes (like Kaijin actually killing people).
