I do feel sorry for Ghost. I enjoyed the first 35 or so episodes, if only for the stories of the secondary and tertiary riders. Then it hit a point where the series should have been over and it kept going. (Build has this problem as well.) It also had the problem of the preview had Ghost being spooky while fighting and then it was just normal rider fighting.

I honestly didn't mind Ghost. I liked Takeru and Makoto, loved the suits, and thought the fights and music were good, but the villains were so underwhelming and terrible it sucked the tension out of the story. The main baddies are all mirrors of some brat? Two monsters go on a roadtrip? What the fuck is this, Sentai?
I do agree, I wish Ghost had retained its creepy nature like the summer movie teased, but Jap Karens threw a tantrum and thus it was watered down.
Build's issue was that they had to fill in time before the final fight with Evolt, so they threw stories at the wall to see what stuck, thus wasting time and alienating audiences. I do adore Build as a series though. Honestly the only series I felt should have ended early was Agito, where you can tell the last 3 or so episodes were lazily shoved in to extend the series to 51 episodes. For fucks sakes, the main 4 riders blew the fuck out of the evil god, what else is there to tell? I don't think it was Inoue's fault, I think it was Toei not wanting dead air between Agito and Ryuki.

The main cast and the fight really did carry ghost, however it couldnt carry it hard enough. I suppose it didnt really help that karens cried about it, if it stayed as the way it was in the drive cameo, it would've been pretty damn good.

As far as seasons that could've ended earlier agito is one of them, but do you remember Gaim's final episode? Random ass new rider shows up and the guy who would've been a lolcow irl beats em up. In the final episode.

Been keeping up with Geats and I have to say, Keilow is one of my favorite riders in the series. An old geezer who becomes a true hero. Damn near got misty eyed when he almost died.
Some tokutuber made a tribute to gramps and I gotta say its one of the best I've seen.

MAN I'm loving geats, has a very promising story so far, feels like aside from Eisu And Keiwa nobody really has plot armor. One of the main characters? Yeah, Jihaded. Another main character? Geats has been my favorite Reiwa season thus far. Keiwa is such a likable guy I consider him to be the true main character. Neon is the first female rider I can tolerate thus far (in Reiwa), and Michinaga/Buffa is a great asshole character.
Honestly the riders that were eliminated were interesting as all hell. Ginpen being an office worker who fights to save his kid, Da-Paan being a literal wannabe school shooter (I got serious Elliott Rodger vibes from him), Mary being a slimy shitbag who manipulates anyone into making his chances for winning easier, Letter being a scared lovestruck dreamer (RIP), and Keilow being an old man who learns that being a hero means preserving the future, even if it means self sacrifice.
The driver and trinkets are super fun to watch in action, and the Jyamato go from being goofy to seriously threatening (the Jyamato riders give off massive dick energy)
Honestly after Zi-O my enthusiasm for rider has sunk a lot. Zero One was a good idea ruined by anime characters and covid fucking everything up, Saber is over hated and has a lot going for it, but the first 12 episodes ruined the mood surrounding it, and Revice was a wasted chance for an awesome 50th anniversary.
TLDR: Geats is badass and the best season in Reiwa (don't fuck it up Takahashi)

V3 is fantastic, X is great, Amazon is good but the "A MA ZON!!!" henshin gets really old really quick, Stronger is amazing, Skyrider starts off kinda boring but gets great, Super-1 starts great and becomes a trainwreck, and Black RX is (in my opinion) better than Black.
I do hope Shin Kamen Rider has more of the body horror aspect the OG series somewhat alluded to, what with Hongo being a cyborg.

Yeah you're right. With as good as Shin Godzilla was (i haven't seen Shin ultraman though I've heard its really good) I expect Shin kamen Rider to be quality.

They have been a pack of inept retards for what is growing closer to a decade as the "head" of the group, Gashacon, is highly likely to be that literal child Pikamaster who did the godawful guess subs of very early Gaim. And in that decade, they have finished nothing. They have started nothing they were justified in starting. Their first big project was Ultraman Cosmos, which was at the time the one Ultraman season with fully reliable and easy to access subs already! Their only thing pushing their clout along is the Fuuto Tantei manga, which they dangle over people's heads. Which is funny, because they completely unpersoned their RAW provider after even further drama.

I cannot express in clear words how much I hate that I know all of this.
