Wu didn't do the voice acting - that he paid others to do, and I think John paid someone else to do the music as well. I actually believe John did program the game because it took him forever to do it and it still ended up with a bug that made it next to impossible to finish it.

John did nothing but supply the basic ideas for the plot and world, which is to say he repurposed characters from his laughably stupid comic strips from college and shoved them into a generic sci-fi story that his husband likely did all the heavy lifting for. The modeling, animation, voice acting, and programming were all handled by everyone else he hired and paid the bare minimum for. That's why it took so long for him to actually release the game on Steam, because he had no idea what he was doing and fired everyone who could have done it for him. And by that point, word had gotten around so that nobody would agree to work for him anymore. Likely, Frank figured out how to finish it in his spare time, and John took the credit again.

So while technically Rev60 is more of a game than Depression Quest, neither John nor Chelsea ever managed to create a single worthwhile game on their own.
