Kat watched her husband go through bankruptcy and didn't give a fuck. That tells you all you need to know about them.

The fact that hes still spending proves the 'dsp and khet are housemates who married out of business' theory.

I'm quite sure everyone can see these rates, and there is no way any company or whatever will look into this deeper.

Keep in mind this dosent mention the stars, I believe they're up to effectively 20 stars (clear bronze silver and gold for up to 5) so I think that's how they circumvent the system. Keep in mind even the most ridiculous mobile games usually cut the star system at 7 levels.

So you could do 500 pulls and get a lot of the "Featured" and "Mega Rare" shit at like 3 empty stars or less (aka worthless to whales) and still have to put in $1000 to pump up that character to a playable version

Isn't that the kind of game mechanic Japan banned after the Monkeygate shit?

Yes. Japanese gacha rates had to be up front about the draw rates, which means that WWE Champions is breaking the law if it is released in Japan.

A few things after catching up with this thread:

1. I think there’s a propensity to unwittingly believe in DSP’s bullshit (especially about his finances) if you circle the ‘Tism Vortex for so long. This is a guy who has fraudulent bankruptcy documents attempting to validate the mysterious $5,000/mo living and business expenses. It’s completely insane because we know DSP has the same living expenses as any middle class Joe Schmoe but if you regularly catch up on DSP, these magically bloated expenses become normalized in the back of your head which makes it incredibly difficult to reconcile how he could be spending so much on this game. Phil’s expenses can’t be more than $4,000/mo and I’m being extremely generous. With the money he’s raking via aggressive and shameless e-begging and aggregated in the form of tips/ Patreon/ SuperChats/ YT Memberships/ AdSense revenue, Phil can absolutely afford anywhere from $3,000-$5,000/ mo on his gambling addiction. He doesn’t need to get loans or CCs with predatory APR, his paypigs gladly subsidize the lifestyle of a gambling addict, no questions asked. But I understand why in the backdrop of constantly reinforcing how he’s broke and how his expenses are so high, sometimes, we do tend to questions if NotDSP is actually DSP.

2. There’s also some bewilderment as to why and how he would be wasting his money like this. After all, the only snippets we get of Phil are what he shows us: a ghoulish-looking fat dude who turns on a 480p webcam to shake the proverbial tin cup can to collect ‘tard shekels. Since he’s been traumatized of being found out as a complete fucking liar by his retarded posse of cucks, he’s refused to showcase anything from his private life and the only details we have left to go on are the obvious contradictions coming out of his deformed mouth, that anyone with two functioning neurons can pick up upon right away. We don’t have access to physical evidence from videos such as DSP Tries It or Cooking With The King anymore so we’re left with watching Phil on camera… being in a safe space he’s created… in a safe room he’s also created (both physically and virtually)… doing an activity he performs 6 times a week with autistic fervor and precision… doing the same thing 288 days out of the year… and that thing being an activity that can’t be called anything but an addiction to video games. I think that’s a topic that simply isn’t talked about enough on these boards since he shadows the insane amount of time he’s been spending the last decade of his life behind the “muh job” excuses while normalizing the time spent producing content as normal. He plays vidya an insane amount, to the point that he hasn’t been able to lead the semblance of a normal life anymore. And his addiction to regular video games seeps into behavioral issues with predatory mobile games that have perfected the release of endorphins for doing menial and repetitive tasks in the safety of your home. It’s a sick symbiotic relationship that feed into each other. While he’s withdrawing from playing his gacha mobile game, he can ween off by being preoccupied playing regular console games.

3. Unrelated to points #1-#2, but Phil, if you want to gamble, at least do it right you fucking pussy. Get your fat ass to the casino like any mature adult would do and play games that also require you to press a fucking button but where you could at least win some money. I’ve added some pictures of a few of my gambling winnings over the last year to show how it’s done when you’re not a bitch and aren’t afraid to leave your house to live your life.

She is a stupid cunt and will get exactly what she deserves when she ends up on the hook for half of his taxes and debts.
Hard disagree.

I am pretty sure that DSP is making sure all the finances are completely separate. If Phil makes a shit ton of money, at the end of the day, it's his. On the same account, if Phil gets in ton of financial trouble, it's all on him.

Leanna as far as I know didn't get saddled with any debt when she left.

I am almost positive one of the "requirements" of them getting married is that they wouldn't share his debt.

Shit, I honestly don't think she contributes to bills at all with how much Phil bitches about them.

He's not addicted to regular video games. He hates them. Mobile games are the only video games he could be said to be addicted to.

So much for being "soulmates" as Phil put it, they live like glorified room sharers. Separate bills and finances, sleep in separate rooms, have their own completely separate schedules and social life (what little they have).

Speaking of so much separation, their relationship would never get any closer as time goes on, no way are you gonna see Phil Burnell a happily old married man with a loving wife. He's gonna end up as sad decrepit man with only a legacy of mediocrity to show for it.

Just the opinion of one autist, but I find hard separation of finances as a married couple to be pretty cringe. Me and my wife's paychecks go into a shared account that we are both able to access and utilize. Since we are keenly aware of how much we have, how much we earn, and how much our fixed costs are, we can effectively buy whatever we want without having to go through a whole doing and dance with the other partner because we understand our financial goals and trust the other to exercise impulse control like an adult.

But I'm just a basement dwelling kid what do I know 🤷

Why do you think that? This implies he did something correctly.

Also Washington is a community property state. Debts incurred during the marriage are owed by both spouses, even if only one signed, and even if the other spouse didn't know.

There are a bunch of reasons that make it likely, such as keeping Khet in the dark or trying to protect his assets in case of divorce, but I think the biggest reason is that he knew he was going to declare bankruptcy and figured it'd be better to still have someone in the household with a 3-digit credit score after that.

Just an fyi since some people are autistically attached to pull rates:

The 3.47% is for ANY of the rarest cards, and I'm not even sure Scopely does proper rate-ups.

So 3 of every 100 pulls will be A rarest card (on average) with whatever the rate of THAT SPECIFIC RAREST card being ??? And for some gacha you end up with effective rates of like 0.7% on banner.

Back to how the fuck did Phil get money, I assume he usually spends his tip money then stops, but for Hogan he was willing to spend tips+savings.

Does Scopely announce this stuff in advance? Could Phil have known about it ahead of time?
