A few things after catching up with this thread:
1. I think there’s a propensity to unwittingly believe in DSP’s bullshit (especially about his finances) if you circle the ‘Tism Vortex for so long. This is a guy who has fraudulent bankruptcy documents attempting to validate the mysterious $5,000/mo living and business expenses. It’s completely insane because we know DSP has the same living expenses as any middle class Joe Schmoe but if you regularly catch up on DSP, these magically bloated expenses become normalized in the back of your head which makes it incredibly difficult to reconcile how he could be spending so much on this game. Phil’s expenses can’t be more than $4,000/mo and I’m being extremely generous. With the money he’s raking via aggressive and shameless e-begging and aggregated in the form of tips/ Patreon/ SuperChats/ YT Memberships/ AdSense revenue, Phil can absolutely afford anywhere from $3,000-$5,000/ mo on his gambling addiction. He doesn’t need to get loans or CCs with predatory APR, his paypigs gladly subsidize the lifestyle of a gambling addict, no questions asked. But I understand why in the backdrop of constantly reinforcing how he’s broke and how his expenses are so high, sometimes, we do tend to questions if NotDSP is actually DSP.
2. There’s also some bewilderment as to why and how he would be wasting his money like this. After all, the only snippets we get of Phil are what he shows us: a ghoulish-looking fat dude who turns on a 480p webcam to shake the proverbial tin cup can to collect ‘tard shekels. Since he’s been traumatized of being found out as a complete fucking liar by his retarded posse of cucks, he’s refused to showcase anything from his private life and the only details we have left to go on are the obvious contradictions coming out of his deformed mouth, that anyone with two functioning neurons can pick up upon right away. We don’t have access to physical evidence from videos such as DSP Tries It or Cooking With The King anymore so we’re left with watching Phil on camera… being in a safe space he’s created… in a safe room he’s also created (both physically and virtually)… doing an activity he performs 6 times a week with autistic fervor and precision… doing the same thing 288 days out of the year… and that thing being an activity that can’t be called anything but an addiction to video games. I think that’s a topic that simply isn’t talked about enough on these boards since he shadows the insane amount of time he’s been spending the last decade of his life behind the “muh job” excuses while normalizing the time spent producing content as normal. He plays vidya an insane amount, to the point that he hasn’t been able to lead the semblance of a normal life anymore. And his addiction to regular video games seeps into behavioral issues with predatory mobile games that have perfected the release of endorphins for doing menial and repetitive tasks in the safety of your home. It’s a sick symbiotic relationship that feed into each other. While he’s withdrawing from playing his gacha mobile game, he can ween off by being preoccupied playing regular console games.
3. Unrelated to points #1-#2, but Phil, if you want to gamble, at least do it right you fucking pussy. Get your fat ass to the casino like any mature adult would do and play games that also require you to press a fucking button but where you could at least win some money. I’ve added some pictures of a few of my gambling winnings over the last year to show how it’s done when you’re not a bitch and aren’t afraid to leave your house to live your life.
