I've just read Phil's post on TKoH forums and I've gotta say, he's an idiot. Why would he imply that the phone number may be different. Now all someone has to do is call the linked number and see if Dave, Kat or Jasper pick up and his whole argument is undermined.

I wonder if Phil, who totally doesn't read this thread, has considered what might happen if he had to defend the stuff he has been saying lately in court.

I mean, sure, it's unlikely, but what happens if a paypig gets upset and decides to drag Phil into court because they feel he solicited financial help and then used the money on a gacha game?

He can ban and block all he wants, but unless someone snuck into his house, stole his phone, signed up for Line, and left without DSP knowing, then DSP lied in public for probably the hundredth or so time concerning his WWE Champions activity.

All of the truth is readily available in databases of companies which will respond to subpoenas. All it would take is a reasonable suspicion that Phil is defrauding people and suddenly that information would be public record.

Now, I am not a paypig and I certainly wouldn't recommend it, but these thoughts really get my noggin' joggin' sometimes. If I were a paypig who had dug deep to help Phil buy groceries for his family when he was depressed and I found out he blew it all on Pixel Pucci, I would be a salty potato.

I just want to comment on the tips part. Heaps of streamers accept tips, but ive never seen anyone else make money and tip collection the entire point of the stream. every prestream phil says tips are not mandatory or "expected".. so why have a tips goal if youre not expecting people to give you tips, why cry and moan at every break if tips are slow. tips are definitely mandatory and expected, he even threatens to not play certain games anymore if tips are low multiple streams in a row. if phil just came out and said im playing games for you to make coin, so if i dont raise a certain amount then i wont be able to continue playing the game then at least hes being honest. its the bullshit "i love playing games" meme that gives me the shits because if he was so much in love with "playing games and having fun" then bits, subs and every other avenue of revenue should be more than enough. how many emergency fund raisers has phil had, how many videos telling off his youtube audience because they now need to step up and stop assuming his content is free, ive never seen another "content creator" act like this.

he deserves all the shit he gets in regards to his begging because its absolutely ridiculous and greedy. imagine begging for tips so he can buy "groceries" when you own 2 properties and live in a gated community. its just retarded.
Don't want to veer too much into off topic territory, but figured I'd add my two cents and piggyback off of this. It isn't the fact that Phil asks for tips that's the issue. The two biggest things are him lying about his finances to get pity tips/memory holing when he gets tips for games then saying a stream later he can't afford X game. The second, and arguably bigger one, is his lack of gratitude for tips/his pay pigs in general.

In my experience, the majority of streamers that accept tips, have some kind of tip goal where they offer some sort of incentive. A community game day, extra long stream, doing a challenge run, collaborating with another streamer etc. To give Phil the barest of credit, he'll sometimes do sub goals or something similar, but he puts the barest minimum effort into those events and stalls/takes so many breaks that he's barely doing more than a normal stream. And he also tends to blame his viewers for said events not going well, and will ignore the results of polls for absurd reasons.

Other streamers also put in the effort to care about their community. I'm not saying they're best friends with every individual viewer, but I watch a few streamers with around the same viewership as Phil who are fairly active in their discord communities, recognize chat regulars and can at least make basic small talk with them. Phil has some absurdly loyal followers who have quite literally thrown thousands of dollars at them. OiC was one of the sole vest streak contributors, but Phil couldn't even remember that. We've also seen Phil throw other loyalists under the bus, or even insinuate that their giant tips actually hurt him, which goes back to the point of him lying about his finances to try and get pity money when, to tie it back into this thread, what he really needs is more WWE champions money.

I think what's extra scummy about it is, there's really no reason to lie. I genuinely think Phil only does it because he doesn't want to admit the detractors are right. He might lose some viewers from it, but I don't think he'd lose any big tippers. I remember back during the escort saga days, multiple pay pigs more or less said they believed Phil bought an escort, but what he does with his money is his business and they'd continue to support him.

To add to the whole "Phil's ungrateful as fuck", I know a StarCraft 2 streamer that has channel point rewards (i.e. you don't have to pay any money to him, just watch him) to play a 1v1 against him, and another to force him play Terran (which he hates). It's fun, interactive and makes the viewers feel like they're actually part of the stream instead of mere viewers.

Phil's rewards? He eats on camera. How the fuck are you rewarding your viewers by stuffing your pig mouth with fast food, something you already do every week off stream?

But the problem isn't really on Phil, but on the paypigs. Like, we've all known people who were shit to ther relationship partners, and we were flabbergasted that the partner never leaves them. But it comes a time in which you can't really see the partner as a victim anymore. The paypigs know that Phil is a lazy cunt and a pathological liar, and they keep rewarding him for his low-effort shit. So why would Phil ever stop to re-evaluate his streams' entertainment value and his lies, if he can get away with doing the least possible?

I wonder what would happen if the whales told him they'd stop contributing to his streams if he doesn't come clean about his gacha addiction. Would he still insist that the account is not his, even when his livelihood was threatened? If so, then that would be a big evidence that he actually used WWE Champions's microtransaction as business expenses during his bankruptcy proceedings, which would be an actual crime, hence why he wouldn't be willing to admit it. That'd be fun to watch.

Sadly, we will probably never see that because his whales are some of the most retarded people I've ever seen on Twitch, and that's saying something.

People already said they called his phone within the first hour he posted that and it's still him on the voicemail message.
1. He still uses the same cell phone number. You can call it and the voicemail is him.

2. Fine, people know your info from the 2014 doxxing shit. But how is your Washington number on the LINE app? You moved to Washington after 2014.

Every other thing he lists there he's deflecting and trying to play the victim, and really still hasn't given definite proof it isn't him.

My question is, will this force him to stop playing the game?

Every single person who gives Phil money following Linegate deserves a thread in this subforum. Every single one, ironic or sincere. If you support this person who expects to be able to just deny hard proof of a long-game scam to support a personal addiction and get away with it, your days ought to be numbered. The world deserves to know how much of an idiot you truly are, and your loved ones definitely deserve to know.

Even our amigo from a few pages back made an account and posted on the farms because his hombre was doxed. Certainly this guy being mistaken for DSP, who is thousands in the hole to scopely, would come here to shut down the rumors that got him kicked from the elite like Uselessness.

My bet is that he used his line account to communicate in other games he whaled out. I have played only one mobile game and it was back in 2013. The game was The Hobbit: Kingdoms of Middle Earth. I dropped a couple hundred on the game and got involved with a clan/team (whatever it was called in game). My teammates were from all over the world so they used an app I had never heard of before. Line. I downloaded it and briefly used it until I realized that mobile games were not for me and deactivated the account.

Slight Power Level aside, Line has been used by mobile gamers for a long time and my guess is this is not the first game he has used Line.

I love that Phil spent 10-20 minutes writing out the standard "debunked" reply on his forum instead of spending 3 seconds showing his WWE champions account that he talked about playing several times in the past.

That is true addiction behaviour.
If he had even a pea sized brain in his nut, he would have purchased a cheap second phone, installed champions and levelled up a little, then point it at his sorry excuse for a webcam. But this is Phil we're talking about.

With the rogues' gallery of heroic turbo autists on this board, the new account would be quickly dated and disproven to have been anything other than a distraction. Which would make Phil look even worse (and require effort on his part in the first place), but then that's a moot point at this stage.

I don't see it as "a lens of detraction content". I saw the videos as funny. As far as why i don't suspect the trolls to be correct, thats because i find the trolls to be hypocritical in a lot of ways, exaggerate a ton of things, and find many trolls to be mean people.

For example, people shit on phil for asking for tips, when a ton of other streamers also collect tips. Even the biggest streamers like esfand and asmongold collect tips. What they don't do is mention tips as much as Phil does.

People shit on Phil for being unoriginal, but will go and praise detractor restreams, which are the epitome of unoriginality. The argument for the restreaming is "it makes phil's streams more bearable" but from what I have seen that is simply not true, just by the fact that the restreamer will constantly interrupt in some way. If you are watching a video and i come in and talk every 3 seconds in your ear, make an annoying noise, play a lawnmower noise, talk to you while the person in the video youre listening to is talking, it doesn't matter if you hate the video, you will find my antics more annoying simply because you can't even concentrate on the source material.

As far as exaggeration goes, I've said before that i've gone to phil's streams and participate in them, but ive also come back here and looked at Surly Muppet's recap or others' reactions, and they seem to be exaggerated, either out of anger or entertainment. Like phil could ban someone, make 1 comment, and move on with the stream, and the way it's written here is "PHIL WENT ON A BAN RAMPAGE ACK ACK ACK" when in reality someone in chat posts something phil doesn't like and he's just like "alright looks like we got another troll", bans them, and moves on. While it can be funny once or twice, it gets annoying and exhausting to read some overly drawn out explanation for every minor noise that phil does. Like Phil could say something as benign as "Merry Christmas!" and there will be another 50 posts saying "Didn't Phil say he didn't celebrate Christmas?", "Didn't Phil say X back in Y?", "Phil is just trying to pander to the audience", "Phil is lazy", "Phil is fake, he doesn't want people to have a merry christmas remember when he insulted that one guy 10 years ago?". "Phil rocks back and forth on stream, does he have a disease?" "I bet that disease is X, i know a guy who also rocks back and forth and he has X". It just gets annoying as fuck.

Another example is the "machine learning analysis" thing. I saw that message saying "if anyone had any doubt" and then a picture of powershell output with some mention of "coeus" and saying that the input text and test data are very similar. The point of that post was to say that guild dsp and phil are one and the same. At first glance, that image looked incredibly legitimate. But then I looked up this tool, and there is no mention of this tool anywhere for text comparison purposes whatsoever. Not on github, not on google, not some random university site, nothing. If this guy had written his own text comparison tool, it would be most likely using a model that is publicly available. The output of the script looked as if it was something general "Are you sure you didn't use the test input by mistake?". But I couldn't find anything on it. If the guy wrote his own text analysis model as well, it is odd and unlikely to me he would've included a statement like that. It's too formal for an adhoc test tool. That tool, which is paraded around here as one of the biggest pieces of evidence, seems like a complete farce to me. I could be completely wrong on that, but that is another reason i don't give 100% credibility to the trolls.
So why don't you write your own text analysis software and input Phil's entire Twitter history and test all the WWE Champions Discord posts from TheyCallMeDSP against it like this guy did instead of crying over and over that you can't find the toys he used when you type shit into Google searches?
Maybe you should read this thread from when user @TheyCallMeTevin showed up demanding random users give him access to the program and talking about the exact same shit you are, maybe you'll find it enlightening so we don't have to clog up the thread rehashing the exact same shit again for 10 to 20 pages? https://kiwifarms.net/threads/theycallmetevin-is-a-garbage-troll.74366/
In case you were wondering if both DSPs are one in the same:
View attachment 1096382
In case you're curious on known data its using:
View attachment 1096385

So currently Coeus is so confident that its the same person that the odds exceed the number of people currently on the planet. This mesh has literally never been wrong if his confidence is greater than about 85%

But it doesn't matter. Nothing will change. Dave lives on.

If he had even a pea sized brain in his nut, he would have purchased a cheap second phone, installed champions and levelled up a little, then point it at his sorry excuse for a webcam. But this is Phil we're talking about.
He didn't do any of this because he knows his audience is a bunch of idiots. That's why he'll ban them so easily and curse them out for questioning him, then beg in the next breath. He could have not used the TheyCallMeDSP name, gotten a throwaway number to verify the account, not logged on to WWE Champions at the exact time he signs off his streams (hundreds of times!)...not done ANY of the brazen shit we've listed here. But DSP really thinks he's entitled to beg for money for food, to repeatedly do fundraisers for the same taxes but never pay them, and to instead spend "donations" on mobile games while also declaring bankruptcy. Why? Because he's an addict, but mostly because he's a shitty excuse for a human being. Which is why "detractors" exist in the first place.

Have you considered that sharpie is probably theycallmetevin on a new account?

People already said they called his phone within the first hour he posted that and it's still him on the voicemail message.
"I never installed this app and I never heard of it, someone must have broke into my home and verified the app via text message with my phone, also how do you even know I have that phone number? Just because when you call you hear my voicemail message?"

I'm not mad at the internet I'm more dumfounded at how shit he is at lying, how much of a scammer he is, how pathetic he is. You are a worthless addict Phil and not only that, you are an addict for the most retarded mobile game to ever exist (a candy crush clone with the skin of a form of entertainment only consumed by children and adult manchilds that are too stupid to watch real fights) . Just minecraft yourself , the only thing that does bother me about this is that even if 15 years from now you end up homeless live streaming insane ramblings from your phone like Jenna you will not understand that all of it was your fault.

This right here is the real heart of the matter. This also explains why Phil continues to blow money on gacha even though it drove him to bankruptcy. He got he slate wiped clean, so why even try to break his addiction when there were zero repercussions to his behavior? Not only that, but Phil actually found a way to use his addiction to get a more desirable outcome (Chapter 7 instead of 13) by turning his gambling into business expenses. And Phil calls chargebackers criminals (watch out for that karma, Phil).

I don't think Phil will ever admit to it, because at this point he's just in way too deep. The implications of this are so severe that he knows he needs to distance himself from the evidence by any means necessary. He would have to admit that he's wasted six figures worth of his fan's money on worthless gacha games while he cried about financial woes, guilt tripping his fans into giving him more money. He would have to admit that he repeatedly lied about it and banned anyone who mentioned it. He would have to admit that the detractors were right all along, that he is scammer, an addict, and he cannot be trusted.

But most importantly, he would also be admitting to criminal tax evasion and bankruptcy fraud, which could get him into serious legal trouble. I imagine that this is probably what keeps Phil up at night, drinking gin and burying his head in the game that got him into this mess in the first place.

Phil just continues to hope that it blows over. And that might just happen, because he is the pigroach whose luck, so far, knows no bounds. He'll continue to hide in his condo, pretending the rest of the world doesn't even exist, that there are no repercussions to his actions, and whales will continue to fund his addiction. And that is all Phil wants in life, apparently.

But I'd say it appears increasingly likely that we will witness undoing of DSP at some point in the future. Phil has painted himself into a corner with self-destructive behavior that has no clear path out, and he has shown no signs of desire to rectify the situation.

I like how it's now "this app, the app, the new detractor meme".

Just like with WWE Champions he won't say it's name anymore. Awful lot of fear for just something detractors made up apparently.

He's such a bitch, I honestly can't get over it. He's like the ten year old who got caught for the umpteenth time stuffing his fucking face before dinner: he's old enough to know better but not mentally mature enough to understand that it doesn't matter how flatly he denies it when there's proof of what he's done, and then all the while he won't make any direct references to what he's done because he's terrified of the consequences.

He's not hardly even a man. He's just a fucking worm.

This thread is not only near proof/a monument to phil's gambling addiction, its also near proof/a monument to the incompetence of one Nancy L James. Showing that a few mentally ill internet stalkers with far less resources and access can do a much better job for free than paid professional agents of the US government's most feared department. Oh and its also hard evidence of criminal fraud too.
While Nancy is undeniably a boomer for believing Phil's 5k monthly business expenses for streaming vidya, she's not necessarily incompetent. The biggest factor to how Phil got rubberstamped is simply because all of his debt was sunk into wrassle wrassle jpgs and not into actual assets that could be sold to pay back the debt. Really puts Phil's empire of dirt into perspective when you remember that.

I hate that I have to keep saying this over and over again but: Detractors are not all the same. We're not a group of fucking borgs. Each of us, get this, act totally independently and most of us don't do much more than laugh at Phil and analyze the weird shit he does.

But no, we're the real bad guys because we're all "hypocrites" while Phil scams literal autists and children out of money by crying poor while he wastes it on WWE Champions. How dare we laugh at a professional con artist!

You know who generally lumps all "trolls" together and treats them like they're one person: DSP. Gee, it's almost like you're a fan or something.
