So, not that anybody here is really a close personal friend or anything, but I wanted to report that I've been diagnosed with a probable mild strain of Corona. I'm looking into formal testing on Monday.

I don't feel like I'm dying, I think I've had this for about a week without actually knowing what it was. No coof, more similar to a flu with chills and sweats and muscle pains. I'm probably okay but I'm in lockdown until further notice, regardless of what everyone else does. Although since I can work from home and am pretty okay without human contact, that's not really as bad as it would be for most people.

If suddenly stop logging in, assume I'm dead. Just in case that happens, I want you magnificent bastards to know, it's been a privilege shitposting with you.

... and you're all a bunch of fucking queers.
Fat fucking faggot.

Semper Fi.

or those that don't know. Felipe VI is the current king of spain. And to be honest. We were already memeing him for being useless.
You want one of your former incest rulers back? Karl already survived the wuh-flu

and a shiny new Fiat
those are pretty cheap...
People will start dying of shit like tetanus
you normaly dont get antibiotics against tetanus because you take vaccines every couple of years and those work realy well.

I think I'm about 60% convinced that the lockdown was a mistake (the Hitchens view) and about 40% convinced that it's a prudent measure (the Graham one).
The lockdown worked realy well. germany will be below 20k active cases end of the week if the trend holds and the impact on the economy wasnt that big. the real problem is that trade is locked down atm making exporting stuff pretty hard-

So Ozone kills the coronavirus right? kind of tired cleaning things with pinesol or spic nspan. Figure using one for 1 hour while everyone is at work would work. I tried researching shit but government only writes bad things if you're occupying the space and all the good articles are on sites that sell generators.
50 ppm (human, 30 min)
Lethal ozone (O3) dose and time.
I... would not suggest fucking with ozone generators. UV-C emitters, maybe.

NIOSH limit is 5 ppm, and at that point its lethal over 8hrs.

yeah, after reading about metal oxidization, rubber/electric wire degradation and byproducts from unrealized reaction being poisonous, i scrapped the idea. i do like the idea of a passive gas disinfectant.

Fauci is publicly denying the virus came from the Wuhan lab in any way. Source/Archive

This Fauci interview was released at the same time as a Five Eyes intelligence report is stating the exact opposite. Source/Archive

Edited to avoid double posting:
Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot is now threatening to monitor and arrest people who go to house parties or talk about them on social media. “We will take you to jail, period.” Source/Archive

I ran into three different Karens today running errands for my household.

I don't know what it is about COVID, but the fuckers are out in force, and they're obnoxious as hell.

I've seen UV-C emitters used at air intake HVAC systems for hospitals and care homes. The problem with UV-C is that it can't really be used around people, like ozone generators. The rays can cause cancers. Incredibly fast.

Fauci is either full of shit or is lying. Take your pick. The intelligence report is correct. I called this very early in the thread.

Yeah, yeah. As if Lightfoot will let any brothers and sisters go to jail. She's utterly fucking useless, and a hypocrite to boot.

Fauci has had connections with both big pharma and China.

Had a Karen stare me down earlier today from across the street while walking to my mailbox without a mask on.

To my mailbox.

It's fun to play "Spot the Karen" while going on daily walks for health. Some will swerve to the traffic lane just to avoid maskless folk like me.
Stores are also beginning to ignore their "masks required" rules.

Found this on a website. Not sure if this actually works, but if it does, it's a "Don't mask me or I'll sic the Feds on you" card (Burgerland only)

The harsher the quarantine, the harder the pushback. Pushbacks are ongoing and will increase. Surprised they haven't turned violent yet. Should violence occur, the respective governor(s) will complain about the resort to violence. Push Americans hard enough and they will fight. Such things need not happen. Just takes a little common sense on the part of these governors.

At the risk of sounding like broken record, this ChiCom Flu has damaged America economically and socially. The economic damage, given time, can be repaired. The social damage will take much longer to repair. In some cases the self-inflicted damage to society cannot be repaired at all.
I agree with you about the reaction scaling to the level of offense. This is why I wish every state governor would push these stay-at-home orders until August. I feel this way, because as it is, I sincerely doubt nearly enough people in America are as sick of this shit as they need to be.

I'm not talking "boogaloo" or whatever stupid fucking faggotry these fat tryhards on social media fantasize about. I mean people actually giving a fuck about their local government, their own skills to self-sustain if need be, and less myopia about this shit that really matters.

Also, and this is by far most important, just think of the memes if stay-at-home orders fucked up the entire summer.

One of the podcasts I listen to had the idea of making "I am an Anti-body carrier" wristbands before they become an official thing.

Hope you laughed at them, or maybe flipped them off. 👍

Next time. :)

This time I just threw my arms up and shook my head because I was so shocked at what was happening. It's one thing to get glares like that in public spaces/stores (which is bad enough) ... But on my own property, minding my business? Jeez!

France reporting a case in late December 2019.

Patient was a French Algerian, no travel to China or connections to China, and their child had previously been ill with similar symptoms, which pushes the probably first case back even further.
It looks highly likely that the virus was already circulating in France at the end of last year.
That means that what we are seeing now is likely the peak of an epidemic that started months earlier. In that light, lockdowns could be absolutely pointless

Annnnnd there it is.

This is something most of us have been speculating for a very long time now. I know a lot of people who got horrifically sick with the flu during Christmas and New Year's (including my husband). My husband's case wasn't as bad, but I had extended family who got severely dehydrated (to the point of needing to go to the hospital for IV), had fevers that lasted almost two weeks, and even some people who suffered with temporary blurred vision. It definitely seemed worse than "just a flu," and doctors were particularly saying that this flu season was primed to be one of the worst ones in a while.

Really makes you think!

If France is reporting that it started in December 2019, then (a) the likelihood of it being around before then is pretty high as well, and (b) I can almost guarantee that it's been in the United States for at least that long, too.

So yeah ... If true, then these lockdowns are completely pointless. All it's doing is destroying our economy and food supply. Neato.
