I don't know man, in a hypothetical scenario, if both Bob and Barb died at the same time, and all their inheritance and deed for the house is given to Chris at once. Chris will have a great sum of money along with his boosted monthly tugboat. That's like giving a kid a hundred dollars in a dollar store. He can afford every Lego set he wants. Any dump rock or tranny dress he chooses. Seeing how he buys things on impulse, such as buying a Lego set in marked up prices rather than buying it during a sale or from another website. He will ignore his finances until it's all gone. He might not be dumb enough to put the house on mortgage, but he will be living tugboat to tugboat. 20 years of neglect and disrepair, the house is going to be worthless. All Barb did is accelerate the inevitable.

Barb might be a bad person, but she genuinely cares for her son. On Chris's Reddit acc, he posted to the Planet Dolan subreddit submitting the question of Why do we feel bad when we get bad news?.

His personal experience that he submitted was that while talking to Barb about not being able to get a sweetheart, she said: "On my own death bed, I do not care rather or not you have any children at all.". While Chris took this as "Your future children can go to hell", most Christorians feel that she was trying to console Chris and let him know that no matter the outcome, she'll still be proud of him, even on her deathbed.

I saw a movie set in WW1 where a guy was basically paralayzed from the waist down and there were rats eating his legs under his blanket, but as he had no feeling, he assumed it was him getting the ability to move back. Thanks for that horribly creepy image but on a barb scale..!
