Ok but enough the fuck thought it would it would be smart to give her the car keys to begin with?

She owns a vehicle. Now in the USA, you don't need a license to buy a vehicle. Even if she long ago lost her ability to legally drive, they can't just take the keys away to her property.

Though I get the sentiment; I seriously doubt she is in any condition to drive, and likely is only doing so because she can't yell at Chris to do it. Granted, neither are safe, nor good drivers.

Apparently members of the family have stepped in to assist Barb due to a major car accident on 24 Nov. I wonder how things will play out? Obviously Barb is in no state to be living independently and alone, and there is no fucking way they can be helping her without seeing the filthy, atrocious living conditions in 14BC. So the question is, what will they do with Barb? Force her to move in with them? Press for her to be placed in assisted living, possibly even going through the courts to do so? Clean the house for her despite her protests? Just ignore the condition of her house whenever they're visiting? Take her into the backyard and just "Ol' Yeller" the old girl?

Aunt Harriet won't let Barb live with her and Tom. Barb might try and fuck him since Chris went to jail and Barb's not loyal enough to wait.

They are probably figuring out an assisted living situation for her. Maybe in Richmond. Normally these places take everything so the hoard will have to be sold along with the house. No hope for Chris now, the best he can hope for is Tyrone or Bubba decides to make him their special friend. Or the inmates crucify him so he can really be Jesus.

The house already belongs to the reverse mortgage company. They're just waiting for her to die to shovel the horde into dumpsters and rent it out to someone unaware of the horrors that have occured inside.
Or maybe they could make a fortune renting it out to a massive alog. I could totally see some of the tards out there, getting excited about living in Chris’s old house

We also had an autistic thread about Kiwis converting 14 Branchland Ct. into a BnB/Museum and bar. :optimistic:

Very optimistic but even I know it will be razed down by the reverse mortgage/banks to get rid of the stench/bad reputation

Goddammit you faggots link to shit if you're going to go babbling full autist about it.

My guess is she was used to Chris driving her places but has to do it herself now and like a true dementia patient managed to hit a tractor trailer of all things.

And I think it’s hyper-telling that one of Chris’ “alter egos” had to write this and he hasn't brought it up when talking as himself. It’s something he doesn’t want to deal with as it’s ostensibly his fault since he would of driven her if he wasn’t in the slammer for clamslaming her.

Holy shit that sounds horrible. She was obviously in no shape to be driving a vehicle anyway so it shouldn't be surprising that left to her own devices, she managed to get seriously fucked up.

I don't know how much to trust Engle. Sounds like gay pity begging scam number Gorillian for people to send money to the temple.

If true than my money's on Barb not seeing much, if any of 2022. Being a frail 80 year old woman that was repeatedly raped by her retarded son and then months later suffers serious injuries in a car accident could rob even the bitterest old shrew of the will to live.

Especially now with Barb’s accident, I’m going to say that 14 Branchland court will probably end up being put up for sale to help pay for Barb’s medical care. Be that in an assisted living facility or what have you. (And thats being optimistic, because she could kick it at any time.) So, unless his lawyer gets him off somehow, chances are that Chris will never set foot in that house again. But I’m not convinced he’d be homeless at first. What with how many weens are still out there sucking his dick at a 45 degree angle for content… perhaps at some point some alog ween would consider keeping Chris as some kind of pet lolcow and try to profit off of him. Maybe keep him in their garage and livestream him for donations. But I’m sure if that were to happen, its bound to end poorly and publicly. What with Chris being Chris and all.

Just as a legal curiosity, how much of a circus animal could the worst alog treat Chris as without it being some sort of crime?

If they said, “you can live in my garage and eat only pickles and you have to do x, y, and z to entertain me as my clown while I stream it or else I kick you out and you have nowhere else to go,” would that break any law? It certainly feels like it should but Chris wouldn’t be an employee or tenant or any similarity regulated relationship to hypothetical alog. Is there anything on the books that addresses this sort of general abuse or exploitation?

For the most part, psychological abuse is de facto legal (vis-a-vis free speech concerns), and I highly encourage some sadists to torture Chris psychologically. As long as you don't start physically beating him, you'd be legally in the clear.

The truth is that many employers across America seriously emotionally abuse their employees. Of course, the time, money, connections, support, etc., required to file a lawsuit and get a positive outcome essentially render that type of rampant abuse de facto legal if not de jure.

I honestly want to see Barb pass away before Chris gets out of jail simply because it would force him to confront reality, try to find his way in the real world, and prevent him from simply retreating back into his bedroom full of video games and kiddie toys. No more Barb, no more hoarded-out "temple", no more comfort zone to enshroud himself in. It's the exact punishment Chris deserves.

If they sell the house, whatever money they get would likely have to go to the bank to pay off the debt Barb owes them for the reverse mortgage. They'll likely have to go to the State of Virginia to see if they can get Babs into some sort of assistance program (if they even can). That's if they don't decide to just leave Barb in 14BC and stop by once a week to check on her and drop off supplies.

Note that if the person is living with you, in some states intense verbal abuse counts as domestic violence, on the theory that since the person lives there they do not have the option of simply walking away. California is one of them.

In addition, if you encouraged Chris to commit a crime, you may be guilty of various solicitation or incitement crimes. While the first amendment protects general incitement, there are many laws that criminalize incitement if there is specificity in the crime. e.g. "Yeah you should rob a bank or something." is legal to say, but "I order you to rob the bank on 24th street tomorrow" is incitement.

If you threaten to withhold something (housing, money) from Chris if he does not do something illegal, then it is coercion to commit a crime, which is always illegal and can actually be a defense for crimes other than murder, with the consequences for the criminal becoming less severe with the severity of the crime, while increasing the risk to the person who performs the coercion.

They have equity in the house. Current estimate of value for the house is over $200k (albeit the automated systems aren't taking into account how nasty it is inside) and I think they only have $60k in mortgage debt. If Barb dies before selling it then Chris and Cole get to fight over the equity.

In one of the recent letters Chris said it was $90k while he was begging for donations and not gift cards to the temple, I think that's the last number Chris had to hand so it could be a bit less now if Barbs kept up the payments.

Yeah I might be misremembering. Maybe it's down to more like $80k now. Regardless, the house is effectively still more than half paid off. Even considering its state, there'd be a sizeable chunk of money left over after a sale.

I love how at some point we collectively stopped treating him like a sentient being. I'm all for the organ grinder monkey arc.
