Some niggas want to pull up to the scientology buildings in Deltarune cosplays:

This picture has been circulating for a week now. Made by someone named "berdlylover555", (not me, I'm the true and honest Christian Weston Chandler smartgenius55583433157) hence the Berdly sprite.

Probably not happening since Scientology tightened up their security after the trend picked up the steam from all the previous runs and they just lock down the building now. (Although the though of some scientology guy seeing this and expecting a horde of Deltarune autists at their doorstep is pretty funny)

Speaking of the combat of Deltarune, Toby, please give more challenging encounters in Chapter 5 and I will forgive you for taking six gorillion years to release a chapter. If they're particularly fun, I'll even disregard the Holiday House dialogue. 🙏
Dude, i barely won against the knight, fuck that. Toby better make the SOUL way more agile and fast, maybe even a hidden ability that allows you to tank a hit or two before losing health or shrinking your heart that results in a smaller hitbox. Surprised that deltarune doesn't
have unique abilities or items reserved for the SOUL. It would open up so much gameplay potential. If only toby focused way more on that instead of forced lesbian romances. It's what makes Toby's stuff unique compared to everything else. That mix of slow RPG combat mixed with fast paced, fast reaction gameplay that of a shoot em up or a bullet hell title.

They don’t even need to be super difficult. Just have more than three new enemy types, and then mix and match them to make them difficult.

I'm assuming this isn't what you mean, but I'm pretty sure Kris gets an ability in the Roaring Knight fight that lets the soul move faster for one turn. But yeah, it's limited to that one fight.

Yeah something like that but as an permanent upgrade would be really cool. And sides it's damn near necessary for some of the attacks it pulls off, mainly that one knife attack move that gives you a single frame to dodge. But by GOD is it so fucking satisfying to dodge one. Especially the first time the knight pulls that attack on you.

Speaking of difficulty, I find extremely curious that Toby games don't have game journo "accessibility" modes in his games, the closest thing being the temmy armor in undertale, which you still had to grind for, and some bosses being slightly easier if you die a bunch to them. I'd honestly wouldn't mind them as someone who has never played a touhou game and suffers terminal skill issue when trying to play with a keyboard.

That's something that has puzzled me quite alot too. Also lol get rekt scrub. I am gaynigger at shoot em ups and even i was able to beat most bosses (fuck going near sans in genocide or attack mode on gerson instead of defense though).

To be fair, all the really hard fights are optional. Undyne the undying and Sans were on the genocide route only, and all the superbosses in Deltarune are either completely optional, on alternate routes, or don't force you to win in order to progress. Hammer of Justice even has built-in difficulty selection where you can choose to just waste all your turns instead of attacking/healing if you want to face the full barrage of final, much harder attacks. Retards Journos can still beat the main game on the "good" route without facing any really hard boss fights.

I beat Roaring Knight without even knowing about that move's existence lol. Took me a bunch of tries before I got good but I did eventually win. At this point I feel like I would be more destabilized by the faster speed than the benefits it would give me.

I'm pretty sure attacking makes the Hammer of Justice fight easier, not harder. Defending literally does nothing (not even boosting your defense - you always take the same amount of damage no matter what), whereas attacking/healing makes the mercy points build up faster and therefore the fight ends before the really hard attacks happen.

The only mainline fight I found really disappointing was the titan. I would've wanted it on par with the knight, but at least as hard as Jevil or Spamton would've been acceptable. Not the complete pushover it turned out to be.
