Now, the question persists: Toby Fox, bad romance writer or 4D chess genius writer or just shippers coping?

the conspiracy theory about toby specifically making bad writing decisions in sake of lore is cute, ngl. but the theory about how undertale specifically includes trans representation is way better imo.
