Putin may not be as bad as say Kim but he's still among the very worst people on the planet and quite a bit worse than even some russian leaders from the past. Also lets be clear here the stated goal of the russians is to bring down the US.Its not to reach an accomodation.Primarily because no accomodation with the US can be made where the russians get what they want.Sure they want that as revenge for losing their empire so from their POV its justified but no american should be naive enough to think that just because Putin is not a communist that he's somehow an okish guy.Although i have noticed that many americans are quite gullible.Your average middle class middle aged american if you joke with him a bit and have a couple of drinks he's gonna think you're a nice guy and not realise that you might actually have a hidden agenda.I think education in the US should emphasise a bit more 'smart' paranoia.Paranoia in the US is taught in a very agressive guns blazzing manner and not the subtle learn to read a face manner and learn to understand subtext manner.
This might explain why american citizens keep getting themselves arrested while visiting other countries.Even persons who should know better like that former marine currently held in a russian prison. If he was smart he would have avoided Russia the moment US-Russia relations turned sour. But again too many are not properly paranoid a resulf of a defective education which deemphasises the risk of getting arrested.Too many americans are educated in assuming that innocent of a crime means that the authorities won't pick you up when in fact innocence only means that you won't know why you're getting arrested. But the american system doesn't emphasise the possibility that innocence and guilt might not mean much of anything especially if you're a tourist in a foreign country that has a complicated relation with the US.The american system doesn't actually teach the art of manipulation and subversion possibly because it conflicts with an open society. But the end result is a middle aged former marine that ends up in prison in Russia because he was too stupid to realise the danger.
I agree. But I found it annoying how the media still even after a two year investigation. Still thinks the current president is a puppet of Russia. When in reality they can't amount to losing one election.

I'm no fan of Russia, but I still despise the current democrat party.

PBS Frontline ran a segment about "The conspiratorial nature of the President." Meanwhile they breathlessly aired that Russia conspiracy theory for years.

I love Ninjago the show, but I hate the movie and TV Tropes does no favors for it.

With this shit, they completely disrespect the shows voice actors,

What you should have said was "no shit they picked Jackie Chan because he's Jackie Chan" instead of this fedora crap.
The movie is garbage. The fact TV Tropes decideds to shit on the show for only having one Asian voice actor and decideds to call the movie approvement for having three Asian voice actors.

Shows that all they care is woke shit

Well now I'm interested in checking out the show because I thought the movie was worth a few chuckles. (whole thing was near worth it just to hear Jackie Chan lampshade hang the dead mentor bit)

Also you meant to use "improvement."

Bruh, it's a fucking lego tv show. How good can it possibly be?

My bad, it's not Jackie Chan I'm mad at. It's TV Tropes pretty much saying this was a Author' Saving throw. Just for having three Asian voice actors compare to the show just having one. They act lik it was a major problem with the show. TV Tropes is the only place that i have heard someone
complained about this.

@Shaka Brah is a good show if you been watching for a long time. The show's been out since 2011 and still going. So you be amazed how many people grew up with it

Edit: hope I don't jinx myself. But its one of the few shows, I watched that haven't gone woke.

Show's keeps changing powers/weapons/minions/themes with each season for so long, that it ain't worth keeping track of.

I can dig that. I didn't know it was such an old show.

Yeah, see if you been watching the show for so long now. You forget the characters are lego. The stories also keep getting better and even later season do have surprising mature storylines.

As this one TV Troper explains it. The characters with in the show are not lego.

It's ok to be fond of something that's part of your childhood. Lots of people do it. I mean, look at how many college age people love Spongebob.

Yes, it's fine. I think its the sickos who write or draw porn of characters that leave a bad impression on adult fans of certain shows. Or Steven Universe chase of just being psychopaths

Dude, it's an Lego show.

The bar was set pretty low after they kept spamming movies.

At least Spongebob initially had a point here and there. Plus, it's been around for over 20 years.

And we can't forget Plankton screaming "I WENT TO COLLEGE!!!"

So either Dante represents the average person or Dante wrote a story how in the future he'll be acknowledged as one of the greats. These two kinda contradict each other.

I am legit impressed that the show is nearing a decade old.

Serious! Insert anchorman meme right here because I don't know of any other cartoon that's earned that achievement. Good for them.

Well I found some dumb shit

These seriously depress me. TVTropes used to be fun in the way it was nearly scholarly in its catalog.

I can't even call it a circle jerk now, that's inadequate for how far up their own asses they've crawled.
