Mostly in terms of the start of HRT. It seems like most regimens try to get you to the “full” therapeutic level asap and then tries keeps it there constantly. However, doing some research, it seems like women are not at this high of a level constantly, only during parts of their cycle. And would it more accurately mimic puberty if we gradually increased estrogen levels instead of trying to reach peak asap?

Also, it’s often recommended not to add progesterone until at least a year into HRT on estrogen. In cis women, they have high progesterone levels during the luteal phase which is about 2 weeks in the latter half of their cycle. Why aren’t we dosing progesterone for 1-2 weeks per month starting from the 1st or 2nd month of HRT?

The reason I ask is in regard to breast development. I noticed in the tranbreasttimelines sub that a large proportion of trans women have very large areolas. I know cis women also have large areolas but it looks like a larger portion of trans women have them, and the areolas themselves seem larger as well (just based on my own observations, which can be wrong).

I’m wondering if this is caused by estrogen levels being too high too fast and for too long and not having enough progesterone early on.

Maybe a bit off-topic, but one thing that confuses me is how terrible autistic trannies are at being autistic. You'd think that they would fully explore their hyperfixation. In particular in regards to periods. I am not an endocrinologist, but I remember from highschool biology periods are the result of an interplay of different hormones that trigger the cycles. 5 seconds on wikipedia and I could find a simple chart showing this.

But of course I tried to use my normal human brain to figure it out instead of degenerate troon brain. So I didn't think they would try to mimic a teenage girl her hormone levels (stupid me, of course their first brainwave gravitates towards kids) and their main concern is getting proper porn tits.

I found my sister watching a TERF, gender-critical YouTube channel. Their video titles include "Trans Manipulation," "Trans Terrorism," "Gender Cult," and "Trans Supremacy: Kink or Worldview?"

I think I found some of the videos in question, which adds a layer of authenticity to this whole thing. This may be gay, but it’s not fake.

All of the videos she listed as part of her sister’s watch history are by TERF / radical feminist Runawaysiren940. If I’m remembering Runaway’s story correctly, she was a young woman travelling abroad and making TERF videos who was abruptly struck down by… an illness? I’m not exactly sure what her cause of death was, but she’s far from the first TERF to die young. Magdalen Berns died from an aggressive brain cancer and troons beat off to that. Using troon logic, I suppose this means TERF genocide is real.

What I find subtle and interesting is how the FTM ranting misrepresents these videos. For example. “Gender Cult” sounds very right-wing, maybe even evangelical. It obscures the fact that many of Runaway’s beliefs are amenable to them, ignores her feminist background and paints all opposition in the same binary terms. There’s a lack of awareness of other people - which is definitely spergtastic - but also a desire not to gain awareness of others, which is not necessarily so. She says she watched detrans videos, but that doesn’t mean gender critical ones.

Like, the caption of the “Gender Cult” video is very “progressive liberal atheist”… if you had to assign a broad political association to it. The “Gender Cult” is not the vile conspiracy of pagan demon-worshippers - the way the FTM’s obfuscation makes it appear - rather, it’s simply “unscientific”. It is attacking it on scientific rather than religious grounds. That’s a level of nuance they do not want to engage with.

Another example is how they leave out how the terrorism video covers a real event (warning: ragebait link) Maybe “terrorism” is emotionally inflated language to apply to setting crickets loose in an auditorium, but it did happen and troons did find it funny. Honestly, the fact the pooner didn’t point this emotional inflation out at all suggests that she didn’t even look the videos up. Maybe my previous claims of her omitting things never happened, and she looked at a list of rather than the actual webpages in her sister’s history. That may seemingly make her more intellectually honest, but it also suggests a fragile sense of self that cannot handle criticism. Oh, and it’s creepy as fucking hell. Don’t look through people’s electronics, you fucking freak.

Whether the FTM here is deliberately obscuring the feminist roots of her sister’s opposition to gender ideology or avoiding engagement altogether… it sure is wild. At least it sounds like the sister is seriously engaging with these ideas and developing not-retarded views on the issue. Hell, considering the abundance of TERFs here, she may be a poster on the Kiwi Farms.

The FTM also says that,
