in terms of animal rights, they don't do much even when straight people abuse their animals so why would they do anything when someone of a different sexual orientation does?
animals basically have no rights unless it's "animal at large" like a cow escaping, and even then the person who owns the cow has to claim it or no one can be charged.
a cow with no tags can't be traced back to anyone so you basically don't claim it and then you don't get charged.
even then, fowls like chickens and ducks in most states do not have animal at large charges, which is why you see turkeys and chickens on the side of a zero-acre yard that get hit by traffic
and the people that own the fowls get no fines by the area even if a car full of kids swerves and crashes because of their birds in the road.
because fowls don't fall under "animal at large", if you die because of avoiding someone's uncaged birds, then it's not their fault, which is retarded.
they just consider it a traffic accident and even call you a bad driver and consider taking your license away and giving you man slaughter charges, but the person who bought the birds and didn't cage them gets nothing.
additionally, bariatric surgery requires a person to have proper protein, you can't be a smoker and you have to lose some weight before they operate.

if you can't adopt domestics, you can buy livestock and continue to abuse livestock, because livestock has less rights.

There are also only around 60 DSDs in humans and they're all easily diagnosed with modern medical technology. Troons need DSDs to be a sort of gender black box, where sex is mysterious and you can be both or neither and no one can tell.

I love how he keeps harping on endlessly about the word "transvestite," as if a word for dressing as the opposite sex is a terrible slur, yet casually uses the word "queer," as if it was never a slur—much less an even worse slur, with more violence attached to it, than transvestite ever did.
That he uses "queer" so casually automatically outs him as trans (as if his appearance wasn't already a dead giveaway), or at least a member of the gendercult. Nobody outside the cult uses it, because they still know that it's an anti-gay slur.
Also, he never goes to the next obvious question that turns up, which would be, "Is Fran trans?" He can deny being a transvestite under the lie that he's a woman, but never addresses the obvious fact that he's not a woman in the first place. It's one of those sneaky language games that are so popular on the left.

I do believe that so called "real trans" people—not AGPs—suffer from BIID, and that there is no logical reason why they should be separated out into a category of their own, where the "treatment" involves surgery and hormones to bring them closer to the mismatched image of themselves in their heads.
BIID sufferers are offered intensive therapy, anti-depressants, and anti-psychotics to help them deal with the distress their delusions about their bodies cause them. These are people who resort to grievous self-injury in order to get the surgeries they insist they need, because very few physicians are willing to amputate healthy limbs or destroy a patient's vision or hearing—they know that the desire for it is delusional.
But trans people? Oh, yeah, sure, totally valid, based entirely on the patient's say-so, even if they're children, even if they're autistic or mentally ill or cognitively disabled or survivors of sexual abuse/assault. No problem! Let's get them on drugs, and get them in the pipeline for surgery, so they can be who they were meant to be—fixing God's mistakes.
But a guy who knows he's supposed to be a double amputee, or a woman who knows she's supposed to be blind? They're crazy, and need psychiatric help, and giving them the surgeries they want is unethical.
Make it make sense—oh, no wait, you can't, because it makes no sense at all.

Okay, so most of my family is at least not outrightly transphobic except for, I think, my sister. She wouldn't say she's transphobic, but feel free to pass your own judgement in the comments.
So firstly we were discussing the supreme court ruling in the UK, now this one, could be due to a) my bad explanation of it b) her lack of understanding. She doesn't understand how the ruling and the EHRC guidance directly contradicts gender recognition certificates, because "they're about gender, not sex, and the ruling is about sex". I tried to explain that the whole point of a GRC is that under all circumstances you are your preferred sex, but bc the certificate is a gender recognition certificate, she wouldn't get that. She also says that the ruling was "needed" as, "Previously, female and male referred to sex. This new law is defining what a woman is in law which has never been done before." because a woman is gender. She also says that a grc enabling you to change everything, will change, because "no one is saying a trans man can't be a man, it's just not their b-word sex". She also then said that it doesn't exclude intersex people because it's just not about them. I said the law is shoving everyone into "2 neat little boxes" and thats why it excludes intersex people she then compared it to why abortion law doesn't include men "it's just not about them.".
She then asked "how do you envisage that an employer would include trans people that do have a certificate (but not those without one) when having a certificate is confidential." I said: "Let the employee self identify and treat them corresponding regardless of whether they have a grc or not.". She just responded "that's not possible".
Then she goes into the whole "cis men could say they're trans to get access to women's spaces" thing. I said men could just walk into the bathroom, she went on about how they can't as if a cis man was being creepy in the changing rooms he could be removed, but apparently the moment he claims to be a trans woman, they can't be removed. I failed to articulate that if anyone was being creepy in a changing rooms, regardless of their gender/sex whatever, I'd ask them to be removed. She then went on about how some spaces need to be afab women only (not using that terminology, but the b-word) to protect women.
The topic moved on to self ID and she said if you could just go online and change it, every teenage boy would do so for "sh*ts and gigs". I mentioned how maybe that's more of a societal issue, about how we raise boys, and she went on one about how you can't change how ppl raise their kids, I say how I didn't mean we can change it, i was just talking philosophical.
I lose it a bit and drop the bomb that I've been referred to a GIC and she asks why (bear in mind I've been out as enby for 5 years, to which my sister initially responded, that's not real). Then I have to explain the whole enby is a spectrum still and doesn't mean perfectly in the middle. She then asks if my transness is linked to my autism, and if it's just an extension of my anger because "hated being perceived normal as a child and just want a group to be in with that aren't mainstream".
I express why she's the last one I told out of all my family, (she's very, very judgemental, with everything) and I fear that, she just sends a laughing crying emoji.
