I do find this funny, although she did steal money they went to the pro tour judges expecting them to do anything about it. How are you so retarded you didn't think to take the matters to some kind of claims court? File the paperwork yourself at the courthouse and pay a local officer to serve papers on your behalf for God's sake.
Also 24 is kinda gross. This chick lets multiple men raw dog her at the same time but you have to be a fucking moron to do that with anyone you're not exclusive with. There were a couple other things in there that don't matter like lying about pro tour placement and chess abilities

For some that only give her a few hundred dollars or less that would be too expensive, but those who gave her $2k or that one guy that gave her over $10k, what the fuck are you doing? Unless you got a ring on her finger a woman isn't worth that investment. Not to mention she's a failed Only Fans whore and friendly with a MTG player that's around 13 years old or so. She supposedly goes to tournaments in lingerie like what the fuck? Why aren't those stores kicking her out? There's probably kids there. Makes me think that maybe stores should do things like background checks on judges at their events and players if this is the state the game is going. At least at a Yugioh tournament you just have to be wary of all the niggers.
 
Not a fan of Legal Mindset, to me he's trying to be the next Rekieta since his friend flew too close to the sun, but least he has a newb's understanding of MTG and sort of gets things right.

It's plausible, considering the amount of mtg players, some of them will statistically do something like this. What bothers me is the feeling that the bans and now this was pre-mediated with WotC. It's suspicious that they've complelty dropped their format in just a week.

Same month as them going after the cEDH guys as well. I doubt WotC will allow a cEDH format now that's a "legal" format. It's either EDH or nothing when it comes to tournaments.

How can they disallow it? cEDH is just EDH with the best possible decks. There would always be meta, there would always be money cards. I don't see what wizards can do without complicating the format or banning half of the cardpool(which wouldn't help). And wizards also need their money cards to put into mythic slots. How else are you gonna sell a pack three times what it should cost?

WotC has been in charge of the format for years now, lets not pretend otherwise. This is just making it official. They admitted it themselves when the RC writes about how they 'consult' with Wizards, which is just PR speech for 'we went and asked the boss for approval'.
You're right though, Commander is probably going to die, but not because WotC has decided to cut the strings from their puppet and step up on the stage themselves. Its going to be all the pushed card design they've been engaged in since around War of the Spark. They want to un-eternalize the format for short term profit kust like they did with Modern, unaware or (more likely) uncaring of the fact that doing so has ruined Modern.
 
I figure we'll see even more Commander products since Hasbro knows that's where the money is currently as well as seeing more commander only cards. I also think with their tier like thing they're talking about will likely be similar to Legacy, Modern, and Standard with rotations in Modern and Standard Commander.
 
Olivia Gobert-Hicks is on it too? Well EDH was good while it lasted. I guess going forward TopDeck is what's going to keep the format alive. At least until WotC C&D's them.

So we have the Mattel wicked toy scandal of a barcode sending people to porn site to a Hasbro, another toy company actually going out of its way to deliberately hire a porn star. These fuckers aren't even trying to hide it anymore and I bet bottom dollar the next set of investor calls will be very uncomfortable for any of the staff involved.
 
I literally just got back into MTG 2 weeks ago, have not played since tarkir, EDH was my main format too after legacy. Seems like stuff has really gone to shit. Should i keep investing bros? I just love making and playing weird edh decks with others. I will say even back then people were bitching about power levels in EDH. Idk why people don't have fun with responses and shit actually happening in a game but they do.

Investing in MTG is a bad idea because they will always reprint anything that gains amount of financial value and if they don't reprint it they'll power creep it instead. MtG Finance people will argue that you can invest in sealed product but that has similar returns to a regular index fund and is way more risk.
Deckbuilding and collecting? Go for it. As long as you're having fun then enjoy your hobby but never conflate having fun and investing.
I bitch about Magic a lot but I love the game and I just want it to get past this gay and lame era.

Investing as in exchanging your money for the cardbord to play with - you may. Game still games. As in expecting a monetary return - I wouldn't recommend. The current situation can be described kinda like that MTG overall is not dying, but the Magic part definetly is on stage 3 cancer. If you have a privilege of distancing yourself from unwanted gamepieces, it's still good.

My guess is that they might use the whore to appeal to young men in a sex sells sort of way, but thats not going to go over too well with the old foggies and grannies that actually buy a lot of product if this gets mainstream attention. Especially right before Foundations release this friday, its a really bizzare decision and Im going to speculate that Q4 for Hasbro is going to be tighter than in years past. Ive got friends in the community that are now refusing to purchase anything WOTC because of this bitch, and theyve spent a shit ton on sealed product.
