Either the political divide between men and women reaches a boiling point and the men simply decide to disenfranchise women and beat the feminism out of them by reinstituting the patriarchy, or the country drowns in a tidal wave of poo (and the women still get stripped of their rights, only now forced to copulate with jeets).

As for China, they're a totalitarian regime and could just ban contraceptives and abortions, and could even bring out the stick and punish any married couple that doesn't produce enough offspring, and shoot anyone that dares point out the blatant hypocrisy.

It's actually not, this shit gets yeeted all the time. But yeah the lawmakers there have to find some other laws to prosecute these freaks, like benefitting from pornography. Only the few richer cities have some sort of companion animal protection laws.
Sometimes animal rights groups would dox and then drag the freaks out of their homes to shame them in the streets. If the state does nothing, the people will do something.

Now ask yourself this: Would monkey/cat torture/rape videos be a thing without customers? Where are the customers typically?

A basic animal protection law has been put forth to their legislature multiple times. They continue to reject it while poorer countries nearby like Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia have had it for decades.
Individual activists in China usually engage in shaming and expose abusers to get them fired or expelled from school, but their efforts are often handicapped and have to be organized more secretively.

Considering the cat torture videos are all in Chinese and posted on Chinese social media, and the groups where its shared are all chinese speakers, I'd say China. The chinese abusers have inspired copycats like c31k in turkey, but that shit there was shut down instantly and the abusers went to prison. The monkey torture audience was more global which is why it was dismantled while cats continue being tortured in china with impunity.

The organized torture rings are only one group of people doing it, most of the abuse is just done in a less organized manner and directly uploaded to sites like qq and weibo

Secondly I'm just gonna say it. I hate most animal rights activists as a lot of them are just violent individuals/psychopaths and sociopaths who use animal cruelty as a excuse to hurt others n shit.

Animal abuse is scumbag behavior and deserves prison if not harsher penalties n shit as the kill humans later on. But most just want an excuse to hurt people infact their so violent and depraved I cannot decide who is the real villian. The cat abusing serial killer or the sadistic and bloodthirsty animal rights activist. A lot of them defend zoophilia and beastiality,dog fighting rings or turn a blind eye to shitbulls,trashreilers,terriers,birds,live stock and reptiles being abused cause their not cute or aggressive.

This shit is sold on telegram and other similar places as well. In China, it's typically sold in various chat rooms, along with other obscene shit. That's mightily illegal there. I don't agree with the argument lawmakers use and nothing will result in immediate change, unfortunately.

Was looking up info on effects of power outages on computer HDDs, and all I could find was this one article from India. Mentioned the electricity in India is intermittent. I think I couldn't get a straight answer because it was long-winded, meandering, overly broad, and seemingly couldn't get to the point -- like the LLM-generated "answers" are.
