DHS public comments re:H1B appear to still be open. They close at 11:59PM EST on November 24th, not November 23rd. I was able to submit one just a few minutes ago.

I saw that-what I find notable was the switch between the aggressive bluster "White people are my servants Saar" and "india is multiple civilizations you can't generizze SAAAR!"-he was clearly acting out his shame and loss of face.

They'll switch between attempting social dominance(you're low caste, we're replacing you, etc...) and wailing about you making unfair generalizations.

Indians see everything through the lens of vertical status games. As the post noted.

Truth in asiatic shame cultures means nothing. Its what you say-and how others see you. The "actual" truth is irrelevant-appearance is what matters. Not an abstracted ideal. Honor accumulation and minimizing shame-are the currency, not internalized moral alignment with "truth".

Its incumbent westerners understand this-Indians(really all Nons but Indians especially) don't care about the truth-or rather they don't see it as something to submit too-because their entire moral locus is external. "What will people say, how will my reputation be impacted"-is life or death, whereas what's "actually" true can be hidden, denied or wished away.
 
Indian Father Murders Tennis Playing Daughter for Refusing to Close Successful Academy

Indian tennis player Radhika Yadav, 25, was shot dead by her father, Deepak Yadav, at their residence in Gurugram on Thursday afternoon. Radhika was part of the ITF singles and doubles circuit before taking up coaching

The Gurugram Police said they were informed by a private hospital in the city that a young woman had died due to bullet injuries, and that when they reached the hospital, they only found Radhika's uncle Kuldeep Yadav, and not her parents.

According to the FIR filed - on the charge of murder - at the Gurugram Sector 56 police station after Kuldeep's complaint, Deepak was upset with his daughter for continuing to run a tennis academy in the city despite his repeated objections.

According to the ITF website, Radhika had played 36 singles matches and 7 doubles matches under the aegis of the ITF in her career. She last played singles in March 2024, and doubles in June 2023. Although it's been more than a year since her last international tournament, it has been established that she had been a coach at her academy in Gurugram, which eventually was the subject of the disagreement between her and her father.

"He (Deepak) had been upset for a while as he was being taunted by locals over his daughter's income. He was troubled by their remarks - they would keep saying the house is running on her money, and he is too dependent on that. He had asked her (Radhika) several times earlier to stop working at the academy, but she refused. He could not take it anymore," the Station House Officer Inspector Vinod Kumar told The Indian Express.

The police added that Deepak's income came from the rent for a couple of small properties that he owned.

NDTV quoted Deepak admitting his crime to the police. He said that he shot her three times from behind, because she refused to close her academy upon being told to do so.


Four months ago, a 25-year old Indian tennis player was murdered by her father. Why? Because she refused to close her successful tennis academy.

The father was already financially successful from managing rental incomes himself, but locals made fun of him by accusing him of living off his daughter's business, and that was all that mattered to him.

At the time, I couldn't understand it. Killing your own offspring for being successful? As a father, how alien the concept was alone haunted me. All he had to do was ignore some retards and enjoy his wealthy estate. Instead he took his own baby's life.

Your "indians hiring indians" explanation only makes sense when you account that there needs to have indian imports first to start the cascading effect. And when Patel comes with a plan to reduce workforce costs by 25% with a H-1B plan, Mordecai and his cadre of shareholders will buy it 100%.

Pajeets have the most sanitized tastes in literally anything ever except for living conditions, personal hygiene and that rotten spiced-up slop they call food.

It's kind of like a loser kid in high school who doesn't really have an identity or any friends and is desperate to fit in with the rest of the crowd, so he just listens to and watches the most mainstream garbage ever because he thinks that will make him hip and cool and trendy to the other kids. An example of Jeets being like this is when Vivek Ramaswamy posted his top 10 favorite songs and it was all just mainstream trash you'd hear on the radio.
