Jugaad is an Indian word which means nigger-rigging with the added smelly mentality that you think you are better than everyone else for living like a piece of shit.

In America, you nigger-rig something if your alternative was shit was going to blow up. The second that you can, you tell everyone and then get it properly fixed enough. In India, you don't come back and fix it properly and then think you are better than everyone else.

In India, jugaad means you think you are better than people who use toilets "because they will get skin diseases" if they sit on a toilet, or if a bridge collapses you go "hey at least some of the time we get away with making the bridge at half cost", all the dead people under the collapsed bridge don't matter because they're Indian too. There have been some issues with Slovenia's gypsy (the PC term "Roma") invaders in Slovenia.
Some gypsies shot at each other with a stolen gun.

She said that the first step is to get gypsy kids into school so that they get education and learn to cohabitate, then we can expect improvements even on the other side of Slovenia (yes, she literally said that, while visiting the opposite side of Slovenia where there is a different village of gypsies, saying that this will somehow solve the problem on the other side). She said that good cohabitation is the result of work that they have done for the past 60 years. "but with rights come duties, if we're not aware of the duties, there will be problems, but with repression, we won't solve the problems that are much deeper rooted than it might first seem, so systemic political solutions are needed, which is a move that the govermnent must make"
Apparently, there is a state-level inter-departmental unit for dealing with the Roma problem, which mainly deals with how to give more free housing and villages to the gypsies, and how to give them other free shit. No doubt in exchange for votes.
On the question on how the police is dealing with the gypsy crime, some police representatives said that they are dealing with it successfully and that they even have two gypsy police officers that do good work.
The Slovenian Sociology Society and Slovenian Society of Pedagogues say

Local communities, educational institutions, law enforcement authorities and political decision-makers are urged to engage in tolerant, constructive dialogue and search for concrete solutions. At the same time, they emphasize that the solutions must be based on the principles of tolerance and a just and inclusive society: "All other, perhaps apparently attractive and quick solutions based on repression - especially in connection with school space and education - will inevitably lead to the deepening of conflicts and the maintenance of the problem. This also applies to the threats of force, punishment and limiting the welfare state, which are repeated by those looking for quick solutions." They remind us that all sociological, pedagogical and other researches show that limiting the welfare state leads to negative outcomes for the most vulnerable groups, which certainly include the Roma, and consequently to negative outcomes for society as a whole.

Sorry, as a lowly non-Indian native slav peasant, I could not tell the difference between the two, I swear the local gypsies must be whitening themselves or breeding with the locals because there are some fair-skinned ones, but they all have that same ugly midget look, so it really takes some expertise to tell them apart.

The new Indian guy next to me at work can’t do anything without someone else’s help. I’ve just learned his salary is 20k more than mine. I don’t know how to interpret this other than nepotism from our manager who is also you guessed it a jeet.

Gotta say, that whole izzat explanation has to be this thread's premier post and should be required reading, maybe stickied to the OP or something. It perfectly encapsulates what older social sciences before their complete pozzing earnestly characterized as the difference between guilt and shame cultures. It's crazy how supposed shitposts praising anti-Enlightenment thinking are *redeemed* in the face of tabula rasa's folly. The West should have never abandoned religious frameworks and racial consciousness in favor of whatever this is.
