BJP (Current ruling party of India) has an archived library of all their writings and Indian ultra-nationalists too. In particular interest is "Essentials of Hindutva" by Veer Savarkar. It's the foundational text for Hindu supremacy. They have a section called "Indian books by foreigners" lol. They only started this in 2017 and seems rarely updated. Mostly it looks to be used to archive their party periodicals and minutes.
