It's not that Bob himself was always white trash. It's that toward the end of his life, he really dropped the ball. Prior to marrying Barb, Bob had three children who actually all grew up to have successful careers. Once he married Barb, all the class he had from his past just went down the shitter. Chris's birth ultimately sealed his fate of filial alienation.

I'm not 100% sure about that. Bob's daughter from a previous marriage did not attend his funeral. Also, Bob himself was a paranoid old coot who kept theorycrafting in his old age.

One thing I would love to ask Cole is if he knows anything about Bob's relationship with his previous children. I want to know if Barb is the reason they became estranged. He's the only person left who might be willing to provide an answer, if he has one. No way in hell the actual children are going to respond. They'd probably just say that they must be thinking of a different person and they don't know who Bob was. Cole is egotistical enough to talk. I just know it. But he might not know that much about Bob.

I think Cole really disliked Bob so I doubt he'd even want to know much about him. I'm guessing he doesn't know anything we don't already know. I mean after learning Bob's daughter never turned up at his funeral and his son kept him estranged after having kids of his own, I doubt theres anything interesting for Cole to add. Didn't Cole leave when he was like 17? Maybe he wasn't around long enough to even really get a good sense of Bob apart from the fact he didn't like him, probably cause Barb made Bob and Chris a priority over him
 
With the publicity that Chris has gotten due to the incest saga, you gotta wonder about the rest of the Chandler/Weston siblings.
If David and Carol paid attention to the news then you know that they know of Chris's antics and probably chose to do as much as they can to disassociate themselves with that side of the Chandler DNA pot. Cole as we know has cut off contact but I do wonder if he's aware of Chris being on Tucker Carlson.
But who I really worry the most about is Savannah Chandler. She not only has a page on Cwcki with her pictures, and date of birth but she might have been going to school with Zoomers that know of Chris and they ask her about her Troon of an Uncle. I really hope she decides to change her name or pretend she isn't part of The Chandler family that bred Chris.
Chris really has put a big stain on the Chandler name and I bet that Bob's turning like a turbine in his grave knowing that he created/raised/help coddle a monster.

He may have had good intentions doing this but it was easily the worst single thing ever done to Chris. He got to hang out with chicks. This sounds nice on paper, right? But not in reality. He got to bypass anything like reality in doing so. He never had to learn how actually to interact with females in a way that they'd choose to be with you, just hang out with you, WITHOUT being paid.

So he never actually learned how to interact with the opposite sex. And on top of that, he was already autistic.

Bla bla bla let's skip a few steps here and THAT IS WHY HE RAPED HIS MOM.

Cole did achieve independent "fame" by being one of like two contrarian movie critics to give toy story 3 a bad review. Pretty sure the only other guy to do so was based Armond.

Bob was cool, it really did seem like he was trying to become a better father with Chris when he was born. He created the uhh… dreamatorium or something so he could build something with Chris. He wrote those really touching letters to Chris.
Cole and the rest of the kids seem to really hate him but I clearly saw a man trying to become better, not just apologizing for past mistakes but actively trying to be better before he got really old and his mind went.
Cole is lame, even on a thread talking about him he still isn’t the primary focus of attention. Just not cut out to be an entertainer.

I don't think Bob was a good parent if you were to look exclusively to how he raised his children and the major fuckups he did, but he clearly loved Chris and wanted the best for him.
He was one of the few people on Chris' life that wanted him to abandon the internet, he wanted Chris to be just a normal and decent Christian man that could take care of his mother and future wife, and he always seemed like a chill old man and a "voice of reason" when compared to Chris' autism.
He fucked up when he married Barbara, he fucked up when raising Cole, he fucked up when he fucking changed his son's name because an animatronic bear mispoke it, he fucked up by paying girls to stick with Chris, but he was still just a father trying to protect his son instead of leeching off of him like Barbara.

Except Armond White is a Sigma male that actually thinks videogame movies and Adam Sandler's Click are masterpieces alongside The Godfather and The Sopranos. Cole is a contrarian for the sake of being one.


Toy Story 3 is actually garbage though.
 
@Soy Chad Bob didn't raise Cole, the latter was 17-18 when Barbara went after Bob.

Bob's biggest fuckup in life was doing something which made his 1st wife divorce him and his 2nd biggest was doing Barb.

Cole most likely considers the IncestJail Saga to be a fitting end for the Chandlers of Virginia.
 
Got curious to see if Cole ever responded to any of the faggots inundation of his social media over Chris' recent events, and unsurprisingly he hasn't said anything but he's definitely been online. Replies on Twitter specifically are locked down and only few of the original replies from when shit hit the fan remain. No idea when it happened.

Despite the fact we'll likely never hear any opinions or thoughts from Cole or Chris' other siblings on the matter, it's at least mildly notable to know that at least Cole has been aware for however long now.

He’s probably sick to the bone of being known as ‘Chris Chan’s brother’, and not some shit movie reviewer.
 
Bob should have actually cut down the internet, not just talk about it.

Anyway, Cole is a bore and knows he’s a bore, which is why he gives good movies bad reviews. If he gets attention, any kind of attention, he can tell himself he exists in some meaningful way.
