The colonialism they'd refer to is just making the characters white. While there are some real life cultures or places that might be doing that (Philippines for example seems to have some sort of preference or something in wanting to have lighter skin), it's not like a making a cartoon character white is colonialism, not unless that was somehow a method used back then when there were colonies.

Probably because the ones in the links aren't trying to force diversity and actually pay attention to, like, aesthetics and anatomy.

I suppose it's because SJWs are generally female, and ever since the nineties the thing to shut little girls up has been a Disney film with a female heroine.

I wonder if there's more fangirling for the non-white Disney princesses than the white ones.
 
And again with assigning crimes to masses of people over stuff they weren't even born for.

Might as well put every last German in jail and hang them because they're Nazis by default, if we're going by their logic. Sure it's probably an era Germany would rather forget, for many good reasons, but muh colonization!

Ugh. That is some hardcore projecting. I'm not gonna deny that Native American genocide and police brutality against blacks aren't serious issues but those happened after Pocahontas's and Tiana's time. While Princess and the Frog implied that Tiana did experience racism, she wasn't a total asshole about it like this pic suggests.

As for Jasmine and Mulan, they didn't even interact with white people in their movies, so I highly doubt they would have those opinions. Also calling them "brown" is seriously dehumanizing (although I should be thankful that they at least didn't call Mulan "yellow").

BBAD still complaining about a character who at this point many would already have other things to focus on? So while other tumblrs will complain about other characters in design since they already got their mind out, BBAD still has to go at it. So have they not found other pieces of art of scantily clad armored woman that come from some doodle, anime, or Korean MMO?

It's basic social justice dogma. All white people everywhere are directly responsible for anything bad any white person has ever done. Conversely, no non-white person is ever responsible for anything bad that they personally do, because colonialism and slavery and because they are literally perfect in every way.
