They'd see the US, England, France, and Belgium in being the same: having a white majority that managed to hold some colonies outside their borders. If one wanted at least on difference, it could be how they treated the natives within their colonies. Either way, the only thing the US ever done in the Middle East was building some military bases and having soldiers there. US presence would be nothing compared to England since they had some hold within the Middle East. Don't know about France and Belgium though but England had some colonies in that region of the world.
