I didn't thought Code Veronica was bad. I also never got why people thought it was the most difficult out of the tank control games, I even beated it when I was 9. It's actually ironic how the boss fights that people mention in the thread were the most difficult were Nosferatu and Steve the Green Giant, considering those are the easiest ones if you are confident in your skills and check the hints before the fights. If you use the knife against Nosferatu the fight is a joke and with Steve my first instinct was to get the fuck out of the room because of how big it was.

0 on the other hand was just annoying to play on the original Gamecube. There you had no alternate conttrol scheme and everything became even sloppy-er because of it. Not to mention, any semblance of horror was thrown out the window when Billy acted bad boy MCthundercock and Markus was shown singing opera song while leeches crawled in his pants. Even in the re-telling of 0 in umbrella chronicles, the whole opera/sephiroth gown thing with Markus was retconned and never brought up again.

R3make Jill looks like a woman to me. Clair's face is uncanny valley tier tho. Face scanning is great in some cases. Quiet in MGS5 is properly scanned.
It is literally just the RE Engine. DMC V has uncanny faces too. Whatever tech they use just isn't up to snuff. RE3 Jill looks fine, it's her personality that they really fucked up. From a determined but still warm and heroic woman to a fuck-spouting carpet muncher, I'll accept the smaller and more athletic but only trannies like Spherehunter like her new characterization.
I just finished assignment Ada and I don’t know why people call it hard. It really wasn’t that bad.
I never thought it was hard, just boring.
The girl Capcom got to model Jill after was 15 or possibly 14 depending on when in the dev cycle they scanned her or whatever it was they did.
This makes all the coomer mods much more uncomfortable in retrospect.

The irony is you're saying they were easy when you looked up the strats necessary to beat them, and act like you did it on your own.

CV is very underwhelming considering what came before it and I think it's the easiest one to completely fuck yourself over in if you don't remember to box certain items at certain points.
I don’t know a single person who thought to keep the fire extinguisher and not leave it in the metal detector on a first playthrough.

Notice how I never mentioned in the post that I looked up strats.

This a really stupid gripe.

-The fire extinguisher is only useful if you want the magnum. Which compared to the explosive bow gun rounds and the grenade launcher is pointless to use.

-Even in the earlier games it was retarded to assume that non single use items should be left outside of an item box. Those boxes have unlimited size, why not use them if you can.

Oh I'm sorry, you checked GameHINTS.

replayed RE4 on professional. damn, the game is so much fun and aged like fine wine. i have too buy the remake when it comes out.
Like Castlevania Symphony of the Night, RE4 is one of those games that just didnt age at all. You can pop it in at any point in time and you'll always have a blast

Regarding a CV Remake, i know it wont happen in this current climate, but ive always felt tranny shit has potential to give off heavy uncanny valley scares if played seriously, especially if your protagonist is a helpless woman (this case that'd be Claire, not that she's helpless in any way, but still...)

Having a degenerate man skinwalking in whats supposed to be similar to you must be surreal, and damn scary

forgot to mention, this is the first time i completed the game on professional without dying in "that" room. makes me wonder how remake is gonna handle that.

I really hope KF will work, I've wanted to call Wesker a double posting triple nigger since this morning.
Code Veronica becomes a lot more bearable when you know the glitch that using the knife while swinging down makes it hit like 4 times or so.

On this day, I have played every single resident evil game. All 28. I got sent this in the mail for my achievement.
