PPP would fairly easily win a sumo bout, his height and weight would be a bigger advantage with even less of a drawback in terms of stamina needed, plus one of the few defenses you can have in sumo is slapping and leg tripping which is almost entirely reach since neither have trained enough to have a really hard open hand slap
