You know Phil, usually "my body, my choice" is a pro-choice argument used by women. Since you're not a woman, and never will be, you're just appropriating their slogan to refer to meaningless crap like refusing to go to a doctor and get what looks like a fairly nasty infection checked out. Aside from the fact that it's highly amusing, as nobody else on your FB will know (or care) what the Hell you're talking about, this kind of disproves all of your "Kiwi Farms iz tryin da kill meh" drama. We're literally the only ones asking you to take care of yourself.
Nobody ever told you not to get tattoos, and even if we did, nobody has the power to stop you from waddling down to your vegan trans friendly PNW hipster tattoo shop every couple weeks. We think they're ugly and we laugh at you, but to my knowledge nobody here has ever tried to stop you. Tranarchy aside, he has a horrible nose shape for a stretched septum; it's pretty flat and really wide. Combined with his fatness and refusal to wear anything less than industrial-looking jewellery, Phil is a walking affirmation of the stereotype that large septum rings make you look like a bull. Knowing Phil he probably stretched up way too fast, which ordinarily hurts like shit, but autists usually have really high pain tolerances.
Glass pinchers are a popular choice of jewellery for girls with stretched septums, but most people wear tunnels for the obvious advantage of it not dangling in front of your lip when you eat, drink, kiss etc. (Not that the last one applies in this case) But of course, Phil is holding on to this "war femme" thing with his life so anything he does to his body has to make him look worse.

Just an aside from this, I have investments in a part of the Body Mod community that isn't really talked about, the recovery side. i.e. yea you have 60mm lobes but who's going to employ you now? and that's on the lower end, along with facial tat's, While I am a silent partner as I am not a doctor and just front money for equipment I do read what emails I get sent (I'll point out as a non-medical partner I don't get the patient specifics) and Tat removal on visible areas is 95% of the business that they do, followed by Loab Reduction and corrective filling.
Then there are more extreme cases the most benign is breast reduction from people who had enhancements far to big far to early, and then there is the extreme cases such as people who thought Tork forking was cute and now want it fixing, and penile forking. Those guys are the ones I really feel sorry for as to fix it you have at least 3 very painful operations and you always lose mass and it always looks weird.
Their is a growing market for this, as a lot of X's and millennials realise that what you look like matters, and that the extreme body mods a lot of them think where cool might actually be a bad idea going forward as most people don't subscribe to that type of thinking and they want the Guy or Gal selling them a savings plan to look like they didn't spend there youth strung out on various drugs.
Hell I have a story about one person who was goth as fuck then turned into hippy drug mougle that I will happily elaborate on who is all peace an love an nature until the moment you encroach on her gig an then she goes right back to the goth slice you with a razor bitch she is on the inside.

Surely you mean 28 days left until your smelly ass gets arrested for not leaving the hospital when administration kicks you out .I fully believe that that is what Phil's going to end up doing just to prove the kiwis wrong .He's going to walk into the hospital, take a picture next to the logo, then turn his video camera on and record himself demanding and threatening the medical staff to wheel his fatass into surgery, even though he doesn't have a single letter, nor does he have scheduled surgery. Oh, this is going to be fucking hilarious and I'm going to love it.
