Judging by the size of that pig ring, I doubt that it's something Phil can easily remove on his own. Plus no parlor would want to deal with Phil too frequently.

I don't think it's as simple as that, since you have to get it to go through hard cartaledge. I wonder what Piggy's face looks like without the ring in, I wonder if he's trying to get the diameter to be so big, he can shove slingblade dick right through it.

Septum piercings don't go through cartilage.
The issue with getting a ring that size in and out is that it's tough to manipulate metal that thick. It'd be hard to get the bead to slip into place.
