What book is he holding? I would say this is outside one of those anarchist bookstores he hung out at but this storefront looks too normal for that.
 
I'm just fascinated by all the trash he has dangling from the waist of his trousers in that photo. Is that an aluminium water bottle and a bunch of trigger clips attached together with a big chain on one end? Why did he wear such heavy stuff around his waist when he had a bag on his shoulder? And how the fuck do his trousers stay up with all that hanging off them?

Just, why? I know the answer is always autism, but it's so baffling. Maybe his water bottle had some super important, rebellious trans message on it that he wanted everyone to see.

The cover has duck tape and drawings all over it, so I'm going to assume it's some kind of journal or sketchbook.

Actually, I would be perfectly fine and happy if Phil proved us wrong and really did get his acorn and spudnuts removed just so he will realize that mutilating his body will fix nothing. I look forward to that shining day when Phil finally gets what he wants only for reality to sink in when he sees that having a fake vagoo didn't change anything, his life still sucks, he's still the same un-feminine man he always was, and he's the only one to blame for his misery.

I'm sure there are plenty of Phil Phollowers who don't want to see him get SRS out of spite or whatever, and I know full well that he is most likely lying about the surgery to engage in escapist fantasies and attention, but I'm sure I'm not alone in wanting to see Phil get SRS and find out his life is still deplorable and lonely.
 
I think we could use a poll, actually (didn't we have one a while back? I can't remember the results. Let's have another, it's topical) - do you want, or not want, Phil to get his acorn tucked inside out?

I'd love for him to have it done, simply because the only reason he's having it done is to prove to us how True and Honest a troon he is. And like @The Dude said, because he'll discover that it makes no difference at all - people will still avoid and ignore him and call him 'sir' when they absolutely can't do the former two, and he'll still be living hand-to-mouth with only getting old and bald to look forward to, with no friends save for an aggressive alcoholic that's taken over his flat.

Forewarning to all Kiwis who don't read Phil's board that often: he will absolutely post nudes after the op, in a vain attempt to prove his 'winning move' of wrecking his genitalia (and because it gets him off AND he thinks it's funny when people go 'ewwwwww, horrifying' at him). The best response to Phil's photographed phake phlaps is a 'whatever' (although a reverse image search might be more productive).
 
I want Phil to get the surgery, only to see how fast it becomes septic/jaundice because we all know Phil will refuse to properly care for his new orifice. About a month after getting the surgery, after the high he feels from winning the great Spud war, he will slowly, and I mean funcking slowly, start to realize that getting the Spanish snatch is more of a pain in the ass than what he originally thought. Not taking care of it or himself, it will ultimatly close up, then Phil will pull a Chris and do some self surgery, only to end up getting tetinus because the dumbass didn't sterilize or bother getting the rust off whatever cutting utensil he used. This will eventually lead to sepsis, and then probably jaundice/multiple organ failure starting with his kidneys first, the liver. All the while, Phil will curse the farms and blame us stating, "kiwi farms made me get GRS!!" That will be the final words of philthy, as he lie there on a cart in the ICU, with no friends/family to be by his side because he was such a miserable person to be around. RIP philthy 2020.
 
Either way it'll be hilarious. Phil is one of those people who is just destined to lose in any scenario. I mean, this is a man who escaped homelessness, only to get kicked out of his bedroom by a fat elderly wino. I would actually love to see Phil get everything he's ever wanted, just to see how he'd fuck it up.
