The fuck has he got hanging from that carabiner? Certainly not keys 'cause he was houseless. Looks like about 8 different bottle openers.
I guess that would make sense for him. He's never understood that having several of the exact same tool isn't more effective, just autistic.

Might have keys to his storage locker and his "pet" bike lock though, and multiples of other weird shit that he collected. Like bottle openers, or something 'trans' whatever. He seems to believe buying any stupid trinket counts as supporting his pet cause of the moment.

Those look to be Pagan/Celtic rune necklaces. I have a couple of my own that are worn interchangeably.
The one on top looks like a rune or symbol used to signify the sun, while the lower might be a faux bone carving or some other dumb shit that Phil wouldn't be able to explain without Google.
And is that the legendary "whacked his head on the bridge" helmet you guys talked about?
Edit: He'll probably have better luck with donations now that he looks like someone semi-recovering from homelessness, even if its old. I wonder who talked him into using that one?

Too bad youcaring photos can't be scanned for a time and date. I'm thinking new photo because it looks like he's carrying a helmet and maybe wanted to show off by walking it around. Def wasn't riding his bike though, not in that skirt
