How come none of these transtrenders wear mascara? It's probably the most essential makeup for making you look feminine and not dead. Think of cartoons, female characters are usually distinguished from males purely with eyelashes (and tits in adult characters). Phil will never pass but if he threw on mascara more people would probably assume he prefers female or neutral pronouns and misgendered him slightly less.

The few examples we have of transtrenders attempting to apply makeup strongly suggests they have neither the patience nor coordination to use it. See @Buffalo Bill's thread where he frequently has lipstick on his teeth in selfies.

Too bad mtf transtrenders hate drag queens, they could learn a thing or two. Below is an example of what I was talking about. I took a pic in which phil looks the closest to feminine and added mascara. It's a small difference but I think it makes a decent impact.

Well, at least Phil is being unintentionally true to reality. There are some men with gorgeous ethnic eyelashes that women go crazy for, and then, there are some women who have screwed up their eyelashes by adding too much goop and curling them too much that are left with none. The lipstick and pancake makeup are probably enough to make people recognize that Phil is crazy and wants to usurp a woman's role, they just don't care (with or without eyelashes).
 
Phil is a lost cause. I really doesn't matter. Even a total face transplant couldn't save him.

Wu wears heavy mascara and it only gives him a more striking case of the crazy eye. But I take your point with Phil.

I admire your dedication to the cause, but from where I'm sitting it just looks like shit-tier Clockwork Orange cosplay.
 
I feel like Phil would have a better chance at passing for female if he started off with something basic. Maybe try to pass for human first then go from there?

I think the picture on the left is supposed to be him on a platform raising a sledgehammer as a show of strength during one of his imaginary revolutions with the Autismland flag behind him. I don't think he's supposed to be destroying it. You can load a slightly bigger version of the pic here.
