The idea of Chris actually learning from a mistake is already far fetched. Him learning from a mistake without someone else helping him is down right ludicrous. The closest he ever got to that was when Barb told Chris the attraction sign made him retarded.

The thought of living in that hovel of a home and instead of helping take care of you in your old age. Your son is smashing up the walls in an attempt break into an alternate reality, so he can live with his cartoon friends as some sort of god. All the while he abuses you.
It's definitely a lot of medications. A while ago (before the whole jail saga), I had been wondering what had reduced his anger as it seemed like Chris was mellowing out a bit. Perhaps it was the hormone treatment or he was just getting older? People speculated he was on some sort of prescribed medication as he seemed droopy eyed and just slower in general.
The time he raged like Classic Chris was significant as he hadn't raged for years. New Chris followers thought he was acting and this couldn't be real. They'd never seen modern day Chris rage. It had been that long since Chris had gotten genuinely angry. In the video below, you can see the droopy eyes and it seems like he is struggling to maintain his energy. Like something is holding him back

These days though, Chris looks even more spaced out. I expect he was prescribed medications as part of his release from jail. He looks like a zombie now. This is most certainly keeping him in check.

I don't know how invested the Farms are in the subject, but I'm surprised Chris hasn't latched on unto the whole David Grusch NHI/UAP/alien disclosure thing that's been occurring in Congress for almost a year now. It would be interesting to see how Chris would incorporate it into his headcanon.

It's basically an ongoing process like global warming. Chris believes that, right now, the world is slowly being merged with C-197 and all the toxic sinners are dying off. Just give it some time.
This actually reminds me of a story in a book "Fables for Robots" by Stanisław Lem. There was a machine that could manufacture anything starting with the letter "N". The creator's friend eventually asked the machine to create nothing, as in, it made nothing by removing everything. When the two thought that nothing was going on, the machine said that it's doing it all as slowly as possible, as if the machine did so right away, there would be no one to enjoy the work nor the machine itself. By the time it was shut down, some of the "N" words were already removed and it remained so forever since.

There's no medication to treat autism induced idiocy but what they could do was keep him doped to the gills on thorazine and Xanax. I hope Chris never tries to become an author. You have to go off pure imagination, try to have compelling characters and a somewhat original plot. The best thing about writing is the emotional connection and unexpected twists that you don't always see.
With Chris, everything will be unoriginal and the only emotional connection we'll make is with the poor literary agent and editor who will have to go through his schlock.
They could always just do ebooks of course (assuming Chris ever does want to release a book which I'm kind of surprised he hasn't considering the last couple of years) but they could surely afford to hire someone who could piece together something.
Of course I'm going off of "nonfiction" now. But the day Chris comes up with an original story, something fictional but functional, is the day the Merge will happen.
