It's quite likely that his body is so resistant to the idea of being female its gained a sentience of its own and is working against Chris for great justice and lulz

i think he still looks just as androgynous, i've been saying it for months the man looks like a particularly unfashionable granny, the tits and hairline alike are his own, no medication required
that aside though we don't know how much he took, how often he remembers to take it, or even if he has a large enough dose

now i don't know how HRT works, maybe that shit is given out like candy in the US, but some medications that need to be taken for a long time sometimes get given at a small dose and then you have to get back to the doctor so that he can check up on you for side effects and approve you for a larger one
if the tittypillen are given in the same way, chris would have to have seen his doctor to get any more, and besides being in jail for a year he doesn't seem like the kinda person who remembers to go to his appointments

Chris is lucky, facial fat and a plump body help troons tremendously. Unfortunately for them they won't look like their dream waifu but at least they can easily pass as pudgy grandmas.

I think he took advantage of the free HRT while in jail (we saw some prescription papers he used to draw jail art on), but now he's too lazy to keep up with it and he'd rather buy more toys with that money.

Is he effeminate? Sure. Some of the best actors are. But that crooked duck aint a girl and never was. No sir.

he looked more effeminate (which doesn't necessarily mean "looking like a female") before, when he's stick that little luscious butt out in pictures or walk and talk in a very fruity way... he just got older and more confident over the years and all of that is gone now

somehow i think if chris was born female he would, inherent physiological differences aside, largely look and act the same
