Guess I'll repeat myself. He needs to get a lawyer, now. Florida is not really a gun friendly state due to the fuckery Pam Bondi did to it.
Those fuckers banned FRT’s and meanwhile you can have an FRT in a shithole state like New Mexico

My state is having a neat item on this year's ballot. What's your voot, kiwis?

My picks, in a ranked choice vote:
  1. Winchester Model 1894 - an iconic rifle that is solid, dependable, and reliable that is still used by hunters today and loved by many more
  2. 1873 Colt Single Action Army - literally the gun of The Man With No Name, the average person would be able to recognize it even if they didn't know its name
  3. M1 Garand - an all-American classic that is definitively the best mass-issued rifle of WWII; but why would it be a contender for the state gun of Idaho?
  4. Winchester Model 1873 - a lever action "rifle" for sissyboys who want to plink pop cans off that old stump they have out back; grow up and get a real gun
  5. Colt M1911 - TWO WORLD WARS, 'nuff said
  6. Remington Model 700 - really has nothing to do with Idaho, the most bland of the bunch, and haven't these fallen off in quality the past decade or so?
It would kinda make sense if the AR/m16 was an option since Washington residents come to Idaho to see all the rifles that are now banned in their tranny state. I would either choose the 1911 or the 1894

I have a feeling the AR-15 was deemed too touchy. Obviously that would win by a mile if it was an option.

Would it though? ARs are ubiquitous, but there is something classic about a lever gun or SAA that feels nice to have as the Idaho State gun. For instance if my state's state gun was a Glock I would feel a little disappointed. At least choose something neat like some type of revolver or something unique like the Armsel Striker.

No write-in? Bullshit.
Behold. Parma Idaho's own...

Do any of you have any experience with pin and welded suppressors? Since you can 4473 suppressors in free states, It would be an easy way to get a "SBR" + suppressor without any of the NFA paperwork. You'd be able to bring it with you interstate and not have to deal with engraving. My only concern is how you'd be able to clean the suppressor properly.

Some of the PDW's/PCC's on the market look kind of retarded in order to skirt the NFA regulations, like the PS90. You're relegated to using braces only instead of a proper stock unless you fill out a ATF form (unless you have the right melanin levels in da hood)

I've got one of YHM's integrally suppressed uppers. I quite like it, especially with Hornady's SBR ammo. If you're concerned about servicibility, you might want to look at SWS's MISBs. I haven't used one personally, but they seem to be designed with a removable outer sleeve so that you can access the internals.

ATF is looking to abolish the 5320.20 for any trip less than 366 days as well as engraving requirements

Depends on if it has a removable barrel or not, if yes, than remove and dunk suppressor first in either ultrasonic cleaner or proprietary suppressor solvent, if not dunk suppressor first and hope you can do so in a manner that doesn't immerse any aluminum parts in the bath or solution.

Hawken Rifle,
very important gun. The first modern American hunting rifle IMO.
everyone who was anyone owned a hawken rifle. Teddy Roosevelt owned one. Gemmer bought out the shop when the hawken brothers retired and kept the name. he would build rifles in the style until he retired in 1915. Here is a Gemmer Sharps:

this Hawken was owned by Teddy Roosevelt who bought it from Kit carson:

Every one on the list makes sense for the specific state. M1819 Hall rifle for WV sounds weird until you realize they were the first breechloader adopted by a military and made at Harper’s Ferry. I do love that Alaska specifies the pre-64 Model 70.

This was clearly a false flag red flag to keep the trans fags from disarming him, and the levels of ultra-dimensional chess being played by Josh to maintain combat readiness for the coming troon invasion cannot be fathomed.
