I think Josh might have screwed himself when he said he was scared of a woke corrupt cop using flock to track him down.
His enemies probably went -"Thanks for the idea". They might have sent out mass complaints to every female cop in the area fishing for one who was woke and retarded enough to take action, or something like that.
Bro after today being in the car with a colleague who went full nuclear on the coof bullshit, trannies, pride, faggot gun laws etc I feel like a new man.
It's funny to image some looney going off the deep end from hearing null cock a gun on mati stream.
What's the reasoning behind the restraining order? And what kind of monster lawyer can pull this type of bullshit off ?
Because a fuckload of our society and law is based around trusting that people doing things in good faith but things start falling apart when shitty people realize they can do all sorts out stuff out of malice if they juat lie enough. It's why everything sucks now that America is getting browner because those kind of people have started to realize they can get away with a whole bunch of ridiculous shit because America was so trusting in the past.
Also, qualified immunity is complete horseshit and the fact there is no recourse for the government acting improperly and fucking up your life makes me want to fedpost so hard.
Theoretically, these things have a lower bar for being considered credible because they have to in order to work. Lets' not get into the actual effectiveness, we know that the police regularly fail to actually protect people from those subject to the emergency restraining order, Florida had a case not too long ago where a woman was killed despite seeking protection from the police.
Could just as easily happen to you if someone AI faked your voice threatening them or yourself. Maybe you're in a state with no red flag laws on the books but that doesn't mean the cops don't come to your house, seize them for evidence for the investigation, and drag their feet getting them back to you while you spend a bunch of money on a lawyer suing over it.
The only way to not be subject to this sort of thing is to just be a member of the anonymous masses and have no enemies.
They shouldn't be given the .25 ACP performs better for penetration than the .22LR
Q: when you guys refer to .32 are we talking .32H&R, .32S&WL, or .32S&WS?
The whole point of a cartridge is to do a job (in my understanding). Like anything you want to use the tool that is the minimum required to accomplish the task at hand. If it is practice shooting or self defence then it'd be good to hear an argument why a huge cartridge and giant fuckoff pistol is needed.
Smaller is better.

PS: genuinely in admiration of your gun rights. Aus is cucked. Should I ever live in the US my gun shed (yeah, shed) will look like the fucking Springfield State Armory. First time I fired a gun it was the "oh man this is terrifying" beforehand. Then you fire one and it's like "holy fuck this is amazing, give me more". I want more.
This image is to complete the record of fact, and is via the public facing 12th circuit website. I find it particularly interesting of the 43 judges shown, he is one of the 6 in black and white. Maybe it was a style choice that day, but it is jarring in juxtaposition of the other judges in full, vibrant color. The backround also reminds me of public school picture day by LifeTouch.

I had some time to contemplate the reasoning behind hitting Josh with Red Flags Laws. So I present you with the following schizo-take that is most defenitly false, but is funny to proclaim: Ralph called it in, in an attempt to revive his dead career. I actually don't know whether it was confirmed somone out of the US made the call, however, if there was confirmation on that Ralph technically fits the profile.
Went goose hunting with my buddy this weekend. He had a Mossberg 500 that he said he cleaned with brake cleaner and lubed with WD-40. I told him WD-40 isnt a lubricant and he just kinda shrugged and said "oh well".
Is that turbo retarded or a secret gun cleaning life hack? That 500 is taking it like a champ tho, Ill tell you what.

Some of the most reliable machines I have ever owned in my lifetime were purchased because I had watched my friends/family ride theirs hard and put it away wet. Its why I will always advocate for the Buick 3800 engine. I'll see how long the 500 lasts in his hands and that will tell me how confident I can feel grabbing a $250 trade in special off the used gun rack.

Brake cleaner works great for smokeless powder cleaning. Hit the fouling with a high pressure jet and literally power wash the soot right off. no scrubbing needed.
