Picked one of them up that had been sitting on a shelf earlier this year, holy hell does it live up to the price tag. Hands down the best out of the box gun on the market, the end all be all of .45 design. Now all I need is to get the B&T suppressor and I'll be able to die happy if I never bought another pistol again.

I've had mine over a decade. I paid $2000 out the door for it. Now they're $2700. Finest combat handgun ever made, regardless of caliber. Sometimes I wish I had gotten the SilencerCo Osprey 45 suppressor for it since it fits the shape of the Mark 23 so well, looking a lot like the OHWS prototype suppressor, but I'm glad I got the Hybrid 46M suppressor since it's so versatile and quiet.

San Diego County has sued 3D Printer filament manufacturer Polymaker, They are arguing that certain spools of 3D Printer filament, specifically those sold and marketed as "Creator Spools" (that is, those spools with the branding and association of various figures and content creators in the 3D printed gun sphere that Polymaker has ingratiated itself with) are actually firearms precursor parts designed to facilitate the unlicensed manufafture of unserialized firearms under California law, and are thus illegal to possess in the state. They want $2,500 from Polymaker for each day they marketed such spools, of which there are several, and said spools have existed for years in some cases, potentially leaving Polymaker on the hook for millions

The CADOJ also considers a featureless block of aluminum to be a firearms precursor part specifically because it is marketed as one, despite being indistinguishable from any other block of aluminum of the same size

This shit needs to go before SCotUS and get nipped in the bud most ricky-fucking-tick. There is nothing illegal about manufacturing your own firearms, regardless of the tools you use to make them.

So apparently anything is a gun precursor part if someone says it is? Someone should slap a sign that says gun parts on the pipe section of Home Depot.

They did the old joke about the ATF declaring a block of aluminum a firearm back when they were gunning for the """"ghost gun""" 80% uppers. California does it again!

I am suing US Steel because its bars have been milled into gun barrels!

I would have sworn a year ago their marketing imagery for Army Green, FDE, Black, and Blue-Green used to have foregrips or something. Now its all just clamps and figurines.

Edit: OK LOL

Edit 2: That 2nd image is actually in the complaint.

My FFL is freaking out and refusing to not do Form 4s. I understand he's younger and has a wife and a house and doesn't want ATF rape under a Dem administration..... So I'll get my suppressors and sbrs elsewhere
What's the downside to also getting a Form 4? They already know who you are and what you bought from the 4473.

If you live in a Blue shithole and have some pipe, band clamps, some blocks of wood, some springs, some screws, a nail, and a rubber band, they'll get you with intent to manufacture and sell illegal weapons. Because clearly you're going to start making and selling ZipGuns.
